To whom it may concern,**First, let me start off by saying I have been using Expedia for my hotel, rental car and flight planning for many years. Due to recent deceptions on your part I will not use Expedia or any of their affiliates for any reason in the future.**I recently purchased a ticket for my mother to fly. Due to her health issues I purchased the travel guard insurance in case she could not make it. Well, she cannot afford the equipment needed for the trip so I had to cancel. Of course I cannot receive a refund because there were no actual expenses incurred. After reading the reviews on the Travel Guard insurance that you offer, I see this is a dishonest way of taking money from your customers.
