Dear Expedia**I have to write this email to express our dissatisfaction. **We went on a trip that we booked via Expedia.com. An all-in travel (flight * hotel * transfer) **- * month before our journey started the flight hours changed drastically for the second time in a row. *We suddenly lost * days in layovers of our * day trip. What?! How is this even possible? *Both our flights (to and return) got a serious longer stopover and the check-in hours were suddenly respectively late afternoon and early mornings. Where as our initial booking was the total opposite. **- When checking in online with TAP Portugal we saw that no baggage was included in a flight of * hours. This was nowhere to be found we we booked our flight nor on your or on the TAP Portugal website. (at least not when doing a normal search and not an existential soul search). *To our surprise we had to pay €** for every luggage piece we took. Again what?! *Okay then.. We want to go on our trip and our trip is tomorrow so no other choice than taking a deep breath and go with it. **- To top all of this. When going back home we had to check in these same bags again and Again pay for this luggage. I never experienced something like this.. Not even with a low-cost airline like Ryanair. *Due to both extra luggage payments you got our trip to cost **% extra what is quite sufficient amount for something people save up for a full year. *And due to the flight changements our trip duration was **-**% shorter than we booked our trip with Expedia. **- when arrived in the airport and leaving our hotel our transfer both times asked if we were with * people because they had * people on their paper. We can't undo us of the thought that we probably paid to much for this as well as we only checked in * people. ***You can now go point fingers to the airline but there is nowhere to be found on your website or when we booked our flight (not after a search of **min - *h). **We hope you can help us out by setting this right. Because this leaves a real bad taste to our first experience with Expedia. **To make sure you can check everything.
