The issue in GetHuman-donnahaw's own words
I booked a reservation at Westin in Woodlands,Texas for Aug. **. Conf. **************. I know I put in the correct day because I had concert tickets for that night. When I received the confirmation I did not notice your company had changed the date to Aug *. and did not know until Aug. * when I received a text from someone to rate my stay. I called Westin and they said I had missed my reservation and showed Expedia had cancelled my reservation. I rebooked thru Westin while I was on the phone with them. I now see Expedia charged my credit card also. I do not know why your company changed my date but I do know I did not. I was wondering if there is a way to get a refund or maybe a credit of some sort. Please Let me know what my next coarse of action would be. Thank you for taking your time to read this.
