We have booked a *day break to president hotel in Blackpool itinerary number ************* I called on **th October to see if I could cancel the hotel and rebook another same dates, as the reviews for the President hotel are atrocious and to pay £*** to get there and be in a filthy place is distressing us also I asked for a sea view and it doesn’t mention this on the booking and there are numerous reviews that the executive rooms are very poor *I was told by a member of your team that if I cancelled I would have to pay **% of the cost of the holiday but it says on the booking form a charge on **rd October if cancelled before **.** and also Expedia are a reputable company and surely should not be advertising hotels in this condition*Could you please advise as we have rung the hotel and they have said they don’t charge it’s expedia who charge us.?
