We were very happy with our interaction with Europcar staff and with our car however we had issues with the GPS *We paid around *** euros for the GPS and your representative offered to change it to the English language and put our destination address in. I also asked if there were instructions on how to use the GPS and was told there was a book in the car. However we pressed start and followed the directions which took us in the totally wrong direction to Nice instead of Vence!! It was night time and as you can imagine not a good start to our trip We looked out the instructions the next day but as they were in French they were of no help.*We did try to work it out but it was hopeless so in the end we just worked it out other ways*I would like to ask for a refund of the money we paid for the gps as we weren't able to use it*Kind regards*Irene and Peter Edwards
