Book a Car ... Booked a car three times today and was told on every occasion after payment had been made that no cars were available. Also made our way to the train station to collect a car then got told to call Europcar urgently and that our booking had been canceled due to no cars being available again after taking our money. **Wanting to speak to Customer Service regarding this matter and how we will get looked after as a Customer who Europcar has messed around.
I’ve booked three times and Europcar has taken my money on each occasion and then cancelled saying they have no cars.
Upgrade our car * better price
I’ve been on hold for ** minutes and contacted Europcar * times regarding this.
