I have recently listed 16 items in my new Etsy store, MaskMottos. Initially, the items were indexed, but in the past few weeks, they have not been published or shown up in search results under "maskmottos." I am writing this email because I am concerned that my business may be facing discrimination. My shop sells custom face masks, and in today's highly politicized environment, I have encountered challenges in selling and marketing protective gear. I believe my emails requesting assistance have been overlooked in a discriminatory manner. As a cancer survivor and patient volunteer, I am dedicated to saving lives and reducing the risk of spreading Covid-19, particularly to those with pre-existing conditions. I have quite a story to share. I made a purchase at Fabric & Clothes on June 30 with order number [redacted]. Realizing the seller was from Canada and the gift wouldn't arrive on time for my grandchild's birthday, I attempted to cancel immediately after paying. A month later, an Etsy survey prompted me to assess the experience. Shocked to find out the order wasn't canceled and with no product or refund, I left a one-star review. This resulted in 22 messages from the seller, who was struggling to comprehend the situation. After thorough investigation, I discovered a refund on my Discover card under a different description. I informed the seller and resolved the issue, yet the negative review remains. I'm willing to update it positively but need Etsy's assistance as the review process is controlled by them. On June 2, [redacted], I placed an order for 2 breathable fast masks with a subtotal of $16.71. Additionally, I ordered 4 linen face masks labeled "better breathing" for $41.74, bringing the total to $55.96. I made the payment using a Mastercard ending in [redacted]. Upon reviewing my printed order recently, I noticed that while the shipping address is accurate, the billing address is incorrect. The billing address should read as follows: Bonnie Cothern [redacted] Montgomery Street Bogalusa, Louisiana [redacted] There seems to have been a mistake with the state, showing "md" instead of "Louisiana," which may have caused a payment issue. Please advise on whether I need to update the shipping address or if I should place a new order. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. After opening a case and making a claim, I struggled to convince that the seller provided the wrong address repeatedly. Despite my efforts, the decision favored the seller. The repeated incorrect addresses resulted in me spending $12.60 each time. Eventually, it took a postal worker to uncover the correct address. The seller never provided a return label because he persistently sent the incorrect address. This experience has left me hesitant to continue using your platform or sell on Etsy in the future. My order number is [redacted], and transaction number is [redacted]. I feel frustrated about the $12.60 charges incurred each time due to the seller's deceit. Hello, I am currently unable to process sales through my account or withdraw funds. I have completed sales totaling over $[redacted] and shipped 18 orders, marking them as dispatched. Following an email requesting ID confirmation for account verification and payment, I realized the photo I initially submitted was not clear enough. Subsequently, I received notification that my identity could not be verified, resulting in my inability to sell on ETSY and a restriction on my seller payment account. I have now uploaded a clearer photo of my identification for review. I am wondering if there is an alternative form of identification that I can provide to help validate my identity. Will this additional information be sufficient to regain access to my sales and resume selling on ETSY? Any assistance on this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I suspect there is a seller on Etsy promising to sell a bulk case of Lysol disinfectant spray but turned out to be a scam. Within two days, the seller changed their identity, their website disappeared, and their email is fake. Etsy does not have a specific option to report scam sellers or open a case for this issue. The purchase cannot be cancelled as the seller removed that option. This all unfolded rapidly in just two business days. I really need to reach Etsy by phone to report this seller. Although Etsy does not verify sellers, they should have a procedure for reporting fraudulent sellers taking advantage of customers on their platform.

Hello. I attempted to print a label for a sold item, but encountered an error message after pressing the purchase label button, followed by an email notification confirming the purchase. Despite this, the label was not printed, and I couldn't find it on my computer. I successfully canceled the USPS label as per the instructions, but now I am unable to find the sold item in the shipping and order tab to reprint the label. I started selling on Etsy around six weeks ago. I keep getting emails every day with the same message asking if I recently signed up for Etsy. It has been over [redacted] emails now, and they just keep coming. I even changed my password, but it didn't help. I have been trying to reach out to Etsy regarding this problem multiple times but haven't had any luck. It's quite frustrating, and I would really like some assistance with resolving this issue. Hello, I recently noticed that all my product listings have disappeared overnight on my Etsy shop. Although my listings are marked active, there seems to be no activity or views. My husband and I purchased an urn for our baby girl who passed away on July 11, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the seller was out of stock on the specific urn we ordered after we had already paid $[redacted].00 for it. Our order number is [redacted]. We spoke to the seller, and due to the stock issue, we mutually agreed on a refund. The seller understood our situation, especially during Covid-19. The seller promptly refunded the money, but as of today, August 13, [redacted], Etsy has not yet processed the refund into our account, despite us requesting it on July 30, [redacted]. Hello, I am Kammy and have been an Etsy seller since [redacted] with my shop "KammyWallJewels." Recently, I switched from PayPal to Etsy Payments in Israel. After adding my bank details and uploading my driver's license, I encountered an issue. Etsy Support asked me to re-upload my ID, so I used my passport. Shortly after, my seller account was limited without clarification. I am unsure of the reason and need assistance to resolve this urgently, as I have customers waiting. I had a problem with an Etsy seller. I ordered a Loui Vuitton bag, asking if it was the biggest one, and they confirmed it was. Despite ordering on July 28th, I just received it two days ago, which I found unprofessional. Unfortunately, the bag is the wrong color and size. When I contacted the seller about this, they responded aggressively, hurling insults and threats at me for leaving a negative review. The seller has since been harassing me with rude and threatening messages, even revealing personal information on social media. I fear for my safety due to their behavior. I have kept records of all our interactions to demonstrate the severity of the situation.

I recently launched a new Etsy shop called LSFSanctuaryLLC, and everything was going well. I decided to invest in Etsy ads to boost visibility and had a decent number of views and a couple of sales, which was exciting. Suddenly, my shop and products disappeared from Etsy search results. Even though I expected my shop to be at the bottom of the search due to being new, it seems to have completely vanished according to Etsy, showing no information. Oddly, when I access my shop through ads on Facebook or Pinterest, it works fine. However, searching for the shop directly on Etsy returns zero results. This issue arose after updating my banking details to a new business account. I'm not tech-savvy and unsure if this is an algorithm glitch. I need to resolve this before investing more in Etsy ads. Hello, I am currently facing issues with my recent Etsy purchases. Despite multiple failed payment attempts, Etsy did not authorize the transactions, causing frustration. None of the customer service representatives at Etsy have responded to my inquiries, leading me to use my sister's account for purchases. Unfortunately, this has resulted in my sister receiving unwanted emails and messages from Etsy. To whom it may concern, I have been facing persistent issues with the new Global Postal service used by Etsy. Recently, I received messages from two international customers reporting extra shipping charges imposed by their local postal services for package release. Here is an email I received today regarding my Etsy order #[redacted] placed on 8/1/20: "Hello Mark, I wanted to inform you that my Aqua Aura pendant delivery was held by the local post office for a £27.50 payment to release it, nearly doubling the postage cost to almost £50. This delivery label was different from previous ones, with a small note mentioning 'crystal pendant' but marked as not a gift. I paid the extra fee but am disappointed by the increased cost. I hope to get the golden pendant with the rose design, but the high postage cost is challenging to justify. I adore the wearable size of the pendant compared to my others intended for meditation. Kind regards, Marlene." Additionally, my second customer for order #[redacted], placed by Theodore P. on 7/24/20, paid $79.10 for USPS Priority Express International service to expedite the delivery. However, tracking shows it returned to LA after leaving on July 29th, causing significant delays. The customer is rightfully frustrated given the premium paid for priority mail. I am unable to reach Etsy by phone to address these shipping challenges. I have two inquiries about selling on Etsy. Concerning international shipping, I selected the option for international buyers to cover shipping costs. Today, I received an order to Ireland with approximately $13 allocated for shipping. However, upon checking my balance, I only received the payment for the sticker, excluding the $13 shipping fee. I am uncertain where the shipping money goes if not to me. Shouldn't sellers receive the shipping fees to cover international postage costs? I am unsure if this is an error or standard practice. Can someone clarify how shipping costs benefit me? Secondly, I am puzzled about the listing fee. I noticed a charge of $0.20 for each purchase in my shop, contrary to my belief that I would be charged every four months per listing. I seek understanding on this matter and the reason for the discrepancy in charges. Urgent assistance is appreciated as I am struggling to grasp these issues.

I listed an item on Etsy over a year ago, and recently received an email notifying me that it was sold, even though I thought it had expired. Upon checking my account, I noticed that Etsy had advertised it separately, resulting in the sale. However, I am confused about the various fees they deducted, including one related to shipping. I am uncertain if Etsy handles shipping or if I need to send the item via my own shipping company. Additionally, I noticed they deducted taxes from the sale, as the buyer is from a different state. Does Etsy handle tax payments on my behalf? This is my first significant sale on Etsy, and while I am happy about the sale, I am unsure how to proceed, especially if I can't contact them directly.

I am experiencing various issues with your website. Firstly, I am unable to ask questions when navigating the site. Secondly, while trying to activate my listing, I received an error message without any specific details. Despite not identifying any problems, I attempted to activate it again, only to discover later that my item was listed twice, potentially doubling the cost. Additionally, when I tried to edit the listing to feature a painting of the same size but in a different color, even after updating all the details, the duplicate listing persisted.
