Hi, i request some assistance as i recently received an order for * shirts which i completed and dispatched on time. Due to COVID-** there have neem significant delays with deliveries, particularly from sydney at america. This particular order was due to be delivered to america. The customer contacted me today (via messsge) for the first time asking where his order is and that he requires it for the next day. He explained that he placdd the order at the beginning of may and still had not received it. **This customer never contacted me prior to placing his order. He never urged a deasline for delivery. I had never heard from him prior to today. I replied to his message, reassuring him that i would investigate, mind you i had already supplied him with a tracking number. **I then receive anither message from him hours later demamding a refund as he did not receive the goods in time. **I have not responded and im a little apprehensive as i do not feel that he is entitled to a refund particularly due to issues out of my control. **Im quite concerned that this customer will leave a bad review and tarnish my good reputation.**Is there anyway to prevrmt this.**Regards*Wendy
