To whom it may concern, I bought downloadable iron-on transfers on June 8, [redacted]. The payment has been deducted from my bank account; however, I have not received an email regarding the purchase. The total amount was $13.13, but I accidentally closed the window before noting all the order numbers. The only one I have is [redacted], unsure if it covers all items. Another transfer was purchased separately, and I did receive the download email and receipt promptly from that order. I await the email with the link to download the transfers for the first order. Hello, my name is Ashley Alsup. I purchased custom shoes from Queenofcustomz on April 23, [redacted]. Upon receiving the shoes in late May [redacted], I wore them for the first time to a doctor's appointment for just 30 minutes, and the paint chipped. Living in a dry climate in North Texas was recommended by the seller to prevent such issues. I paid $[redacted] for an item that is not worth such an amount. Feeling scammed and cheated, I am hesitant to make future Etsy orders due to the lack of seller assistance and communication difficulties. This shop's practices are questionable, and I am disappointed along with others who have faced similar problems. I have contacted the seller via email with a photo, but due to their no refund, no cancellation, no return policy, I feel the need for some form of compensation for the poor quality of the shoes. This experience has impacted my trust in Etsy shops and my future spending decisions.

I recently received a notification that my purchase was sent to the wrong address. Upon contacting the seller, he accused me of already having the item despite the address mix-up. The conversation turned hostile, and when I left a review, he responded by calling me a "total con artist." I have evidence of the address issue. Although the item eventually arrived, I no longer wish to keep it. I would like to return it for a refund and also report his aggressive behavior over the phone.

I create custom gowns, and unfortunately, a customer provided incorrect measurements. After requesting the garment back, I promptly fixed it and returned it within 24 hours. However, the customer now desires a full refund. Regrettably, she mentioned personal reasons for the initial delay in her feedback, which I believe is inappropriate for Etsy. I had explained to her about my son's car accident, and she was understanding and patient at the time. Now, she insists on a complete refund. Upon reflection, I am willing to refund part of the price but not the entire amount, as I need to cover my time and effort. I ask for the dress to be returned in good condition. I am prepared to refund the fabric cost but not the entirety. I kindly request assistance with resolving this matter. Thank you.

I need help blocking a seller on Etsy. Despite the lengthy details, the seller sold me an item inaccurately described as a "Lava Lamp Light Java Lamp Custom Vintage Pyrex." It turned out to be neither a light nor a lamp and arrived with multiple defects. The seller has been unprofessional and is now pressuring me to open a PayPal claim, which I have done for my protection. PayPal will issue a refund, and I am returning the item. I believe this seller violated PayPal's code of conduct by continuing to contact me after the claim was opened. I am disappointed by this situation as I intended this purchase as a birthday present. Can Etsy please block this seller from messaging me? I am new to Etsy but have had mostly positive experiences and appreciate the platform for artists. I placed an order with Master Innovation (MI) for wedding fans that needed to be processed for my upcoming July wedding. Despite paying $[redacted] for the order and attempting to contact the company numerous times, I have not received any response. I have sent over 20 emails in the last week and even left a review echoing my concerns. It appears that the company has disappeared, and I am left without the product I paid for. I have all the necessary contact information and proof of payment. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and need a refund promptly to find an alternative for my wedding. It is disheartening to encounter individuals on platforms like Etsy who falsely claim to have products for sale. Thank you.

I am experiencing challenges with a customer who is upset about a refund for a vintage Union Pacific mirror. Despite explaining the differences between the 1950s mirror I sold and the newer one he found cheaper, the buyer remains dissatisfied. I assured him of the refund once the funds clear in my bank account. He claims I am not responding to his emails and accuses me of false advertising, which is untrue. I planned to issue a partial refund using my Etsy account balance and the rest upon bank deposit. I operate the Etsy store called Lush Amour Cosmetics. A customer recently made a purchase of 60 wholesale lip glosses with an additional $30 rush fee, totaling $[redacted].82, on June 17, [redacted]. The issue is that I have not received the payment yet as Etsy indicates it is still in the processing stage. When I contacted the customer, she informed me that the payment has been deducted from her bank account. She used a new business card specifically for this transaction. She mentioned having similar payment processing delays with another vendor on Etsy. We are both unsure of the cause, but I need this matter resolved promptly so I can proceed with shipping her order before a pop-up shop event she has coming up. Your help in resolving this payment processing issue quickly would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I need assistance with a recent purchase on Etsy. I bought an expensive item that arrived broken. After contacting the seller, she stated that she cannot reimburse me until the insurance pays her. However, the insurance did not cover the shipping, layaway fee, and deducted an extra $14. I am still waiting for reimbursement, and the seller has not responded to my last two emails. I filed a claim at the end of May and have not received any resolution yet. I value Etsy and believe this is not the standard treatment expected from sellers. I contacted Shipsurance, and although they confirmed they reimburse shipping, due to the seller's policy, they could not provide further details. I have documented emails from the seller promising reimbursement for the item only. Your help resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, H.N.

As a seller, I have encountered an issue with shipping costs calculated by Etsy being lower than the actual shipping expenses. This puts me in a difficult position when fulfilling orders, as I realize the cost is higher than what the customer paid. Despite setting up my listings correctly, the shipping quotes provided by Etsy do not match the actual costs. I recently purchased a DIt Dot Quilt kit from your website, expecting to receive the 19 specific fabrics and colors shown online. However, upon receiving my order, I was surprised to find 3 different quilt patterns and 2 jelly rolls containing 40 different colors of fabric, none of which matched what was advertised in the kit. After reaching out to the contact person provided, I received unsatisfactory responses with explanations about information from the fabric company rather than addressing my concerns. Given that I spent $[redacted] on this kit, I am highly disappointed with the mismatched items I received. I am considering contacting the FTC and other relevant authorities to voice my dissatisfaction with the misleading business practices of your company. My expectation is to receive the correct fabrics that were meant to be included in the kit, not an assortment of unrelated materials. I purchased the kit specifically to avoid designing it myself, and the current situation is truly frustrating. I look forward to your prompt response.

Hello, I purchased a watch with one-day shipping as advertised from the seller. However, the seller informed me that it actually takes 2 to 3 processing days plus 2 to 3 shipping days. I requested them to notify me if it wouldn't arrive in time for the gift, but I never received any communication. After waiting six days with no movement on my order, I reached out to the seller for assistance. The seller offered to cancel my order without specifying if I would receive a refund. Since the item was meant for a birthday gift and it's delayed, I am now considering canceling the order. However, I am unsure if I will get a full refund. I have asked the seller but have not received a response. I am hoping Etsy can assist in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I opened my Etsy shop in May of '21, but it got closed by Etsy about 9 days ago because they said I was selling Designer Inspired items, which is against their policy. Even though many other sellers on the site do the same, they singled me out. The issue started when Etsy took down a response I made to a bad review where the buyer attacked me first. Etsy said I violated their policies in how I responded. I tried to explain and address other unfair treatment concerns, but Etsy permanently banned me. I had pending orders worth $[redacted], but they refuse to release the funds until January [redacted], citing an account review that can take 6 months. I've tried contacting them multiple times with no success; their phone number is not helpful. Their lack of communication and treatment have been extremely disappointing. I won't be doing business with them again and wouldn't recommend others to do so either. Shonte

I opened my Etsy shop in May '21, but it got closed by Etsy about 9 days ago for selling Designer Inspired items, which violates their policies. Despite others doing the same, my particular response to a bad review led to a permanent ban for allegedly violating the Buyer/Seller Response Policy. I had pending orders totaling $[redacted], all shipped with proofs sent to Etsy, but they are withholding my funds until Jan [redacted], citing an account review. Contacting Etsy multiple times resulted in unhelpful responses, and there seems to be no direct way to reach a supervisor. I am frustrated by this treatment and the lack of resolution. I placed an order over three weeks ago for a birthday gift that was supposed to arrive yesterday. The seller informed me that the item was shipped, but the tracking number provided shows it hasn't reached my state yet. The seller mentioned being closed down due to tax issues, which is unrelated to my order. I believe this reflects poorly on your company and the seller's credibility. Hello, I recently purchased a two-tier wooden/rustic tray from one of your sellers, but it did not meet my expectations. The wood is chipped, and the tray doesn't sit flat; it wobbles from side to side. When I contacted the shop owner about returning the item due to my dissatisfaction, she responded somewhat aggressively. Despite explaining my disappointment and intent to return the $58.80 tray, she focused on her costs, highlighting the expenses involved in selling on Etsy. However, my main concern remains the product I received compared to what I paid for it. Reading other reviews for the shop on Etsy has prompted me to suggest reconsidering this seller. I have sent multiple messages to this email address but couldn't find a phone number to reach out. I am requesting to be removed from your list immediately. Please disregard the credit card details provided earlier. If the refund is not processed promptly, I will have no choice but to take legal action. Despite numerous email requests, my plea to be disenrolled seems to have been overlooked. I have relocated and am currently transient, hence the urgency of my request. I had a customer who purchased an item that arrived broken. I offered a refund initially, but the customer requested a replacement, which I sent free of charge. She claimed not to have received the second item and threatened a negative review unless refunded. I engaged with her, but she still posted a negative review, leading to a case being opened against me. With only automated responses from Etsy, I refunded to comply with their resolution advice. I am disappointed with Etsy's lack of seller support, as the customer's claim resulted in significant costs for me. The case required a tracking number, but my standard US shipping does not include this. Hello Etsy, I am reaching out about my shop "Fyka Prints" that was suddenly deactivated. I am a new seller and had just made my first sale. A few days ago, I attempted to log in only to find that my shop with the email [redacted] has been closed. I initially thought it was suspended but found no email notifications from Etsy regarding this. I am unable to access my shop or account, although my credit card details are still linked, leaving me concerned that someone may have gained unauthorized access, changed the email, and reopened the shop using my credit card.
