My son's email linked to his Epic Games, PS4, Xbox, and Twitch Prime accounts was hacked and permanently deleted. The hacker also gained access to my son's Epic Games account, which has my debit card and PayPal information saved. I have screenshots of most purchases made on Xbox but am struggling to access the older purchase history on PS4. My son merged his PS4 and Xbox accounts onto Xbox. I've contacted Xbox for help in reclaiming ownership of that account too. The transactions made with my debit card should prove ownership. During the hack, the hacker even called me, obtained the number from my son's email. I have some of the hacker's information from the security deletion process, including the email showing the code the hacker used to take over the Epic Games account.

My account was compromised, and the individual has taken advantage of three V-Buck purchases, two [redacted] V-Buck cards and one [redacted] V-Buck card. Today, Epic Games deducted the [redacted] V-Bucks I had accumulated from refunding a skin they provided a free voucher for. The remaining V-Bucks were earned through daily gameplay to level up and unlock Battle Pass rewards. To add to this, five of my skins were also taken, including my favorite skin, Celeste. I am hoping to have Celeste returned along with my V-Bucks.

Recently, there was an unauthorized purchase of V-bucks on my account, which has since been refunded. However, before this incident, I already had [redacted] V-bucks. With the additional purchase of 2x $7.99 V-bucks, totaling [redacted] V-bucks, my V-bucks balance increased to [redacted]. Subsequently, the Thanos skin with the snap emote was purchased, depleting my V-bucks to just [redacted]. I have identified all the unauthorized purchases made on the day my V-bucks were wrongly bought, and I am seeking a refund for those transactions.

I recently encountered an issue with my Epic Games account since I lost access to my Google and email accounts, which were the ones linked to it. Despite having 2FA enabled, I usually bypassed this by utilizing the "Sign in with Xbox Live" feature while on my Xbox and laptop. However, the problem arose when I had to reset my Microsoft account password, which led to being logged out due to being an unrecognized device. Now, I am stuck trying to verify my account with the lost email, and I am at a loss on how to proceed. I am worried about my valuable skins and v-bucks stored in the account and would greatly appreciate any assistance provided.

Hello, Since last Friday, my son Joseph Jacob Luigi Guerrato, also known as Killer Frost jp in Fortnite, has had his account blocked under the username [redacted] It's been three days now, and the account is still locked. I have reached out to your support team, and I am frustrated as a parent who has spent a lot of money buying your games on Fortnite. You have my credit card information, I have your invoices, and Epic Games support keeps asking for documents that I have already sent numerous times just to prove it's me, [redacted], with the account Killer Frost jp. I connected my PS4 to Steam before the game was acquired by you from Psyonix. I have been playing on Steam with my linked account for a while. However, when the game transitioned to Epic Games following your acquisition, it keeps prompting me to use a different email that isn't linked to my Steam account. Despite trying your provided links and support options, I am unable to resolve this issue. Interestingly, I can access and play all my other games on Steam with my PlayStation account except for Rocket League. On PlayStation, my main account works fine, leading me to wonder if there is a ban on my Steam account. I am eager to play Rocket League on my PC but the email issue is hindering me. I'd appreciate any assistance with this matter.

While I was playing Rocket League on my laptop under the username "Klngs_joker," the Epic Launcher unexpectedly restarted, causing me to be signed out. I am struggling to regain access to my account "klngs_joker" because I can't recall the email linked to it or whether my username originated from Steam or another platform. I fear my account might have been compromised. During my conversation with Justin, an Epic Games employee at "[redacted]," I received a clue that my linked Gmail account might be "d***[redacted]" However, since I don't remember my email, I can't verify if this hint is accurate. I am confident that I never used a mail with "D**1." Therefore, I am feeling uncertain about the next steps but I am willing to provide any necessary proof to confirm that "klngs_joker" belongs to me. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have encountered some issues with my Xbox Fortnite Account under the Epic Gamertag Layzstackz. After the latest update, I have noticed the following missing items from my inventory: - PL-[redacted] GraveDigger - PL-[redacted] Jack-o-lantern - PL-[redacted] Vacuum Tube Bow - PL-[redacted] Energy Spectral Blade Additionally, I have submitted feedback within the game regarding gameplay imbalance, specifically with regards to damage calculations that seem inaccurate. I am also concerned about not receiving weapon or hero vouchers despite reaching level [redacted] in The Ventures Badlands quest line. Furthermore, I seem to have lost the superchargers I had collected, around 6 of each. I am a dedicated Fortnite player and would appreciate your support to rectify these issues. I need to report a serious data breach for my Epic Games account. I created the account in August [redacted] and play Fortnite regularly. I bought access on December 5, [redacted], with Order ID A[redacted][redacted]. I emphasize that I follow security measures like two-factor authentication and changing passwords frequently. My account was hacked on June 29, [redacted], leading to a ban on Fortnite. I am concerned about the mishandling of my personal data, which should be protected under GDPR regulations. As a minor, my parents oversee my account. I require my Fortnite access to be reinstated to its prior status pre-breach. I shared this issue with Epic Games but received only an automated response. I expect a prompt and adequate resolution.

I have not received a response yet regarding my account being stolen. I am eager to reclaim it as it contains many games I acquired for free. I possess Epic Games receipts and additional evidence to establish my rightful ownership. Unfortunately, a similar situation occurred with my other accounts, such as Roblox and Discord. I could only recover a few so far. My previous account name was Duckie Jane, and it seems to have been changed to Haa ツ. Addressing this promptly is crucial to me, as I have suffered significant losses due to this incident. I am prepared to provide any necessary documentation to verify my identity as the original account holder. I have been a user for approximately three years, have made several in-game purchases on Fortnite, and have recommended Epic Games to numerous individuals. Despite my attempts to contact Epic Games customer support for assistance, no resolution has been reached. My email is [redacted], my previous username was DuckieJane1, and the current one is Haa ツ. Hello Epic Games, my account has recently been hacked. I spoke with PlayStation support, and they assisted me in changing the hacked email address from [redacted] to the new one azooz7majid@gmail. Currently, I am able to play normally on my account, but the Epic account seems to be stuck. I am seeking your assistance in updating the account with the new email. I noticed that the person managed to access my email [redacted] and changed both the password and the 2FA. Now, I am unable to log in, as they also changed the email address. I set up this account for my grandson who used to live with me a couple of years back. It's under my name so he could play it on his Nintendo Switch. Now he has an Xbox One S, also registered to my email address. The problem arises as he now lives with my sister, and switching the account settings to her email address would mean losing all data, which I don't want. Consequently, he can't use the Fortnite V-bucks cards I bought, resorting instead to Xbox gift cards. Additionally, attempting to create a new Epic account under my sister's email is unsuccessful due to the "one per household" policy, even though each child in the house has their own Xbox. Hello, I've been trying to get in touch with someone from Epic Games for 2 weeks now. Every time I try, I end up talking only to robots that repeat the same message, and I'd like to be taken seriously. Here's what happened: I had an Epic Games account with the email: [redacted] and the name: srto.sinnombre2. I tried to transfer my account to a new email address: [redacted], with the name Beni998877, due to a potential email breach. I attempted the transfer one night, but it said it was impossible. The next morning, I found out my account was disabled, although the games were moved to [redacted], but not the progress. I've been trying for 2 weeks to recover my progress and all my games (only the downloaded ones transferred) as a lot of time has been invested. Hello, I am reporting an issue with my account. When logging in and accessing Save the World, I noticed that two of my weapons got combined. Currently, my pistol has melee perks instead of its usual attributes, and my stormblade has a water element when it should only have energy. I've been having trouble logging into my Epic account. I've tried using my Facebook, Epic Games, and PlayStation Network credentials, but I keep getting stuck on the security code step. Unfortunately, my account is linked to an old email address that I no longer have access to as I have deleted it. I've attempted to recover the old email with no success. I'm also unsure which app to use for the authenticator, and I can't locate the two-factor verification codes. Would it be possible to update my account to use my new email address ([redacted]) instead of the old one ([redacted]) so I can regain access?
