Good afternoon, I hope you are having a wonderful day. I truly enjoy the content you all create, being a developer myself. The recent update on the Renegade Raider, specifically the new "Checkered" style and updated icon for the outfit, has sparked a lot of discussion. I understand if you cannot disclose too much about the future of this skin and other cosmetics. There have been emails circulating and a popular streamer named "Dakotas" mentioned that the skin may not return. Can you share any information regarding the Renegade Raider and the Season Shop? I have a few specific questions, and it's okay if you can't answer them fully: 1. Will the Renegade Raider and other Season Shop items be available again in the future? 2. Since these items had a progression wall based on player level, will there be any recognition for those who owned them? 3. The Skull Trooper skin owners received an extra variant; will Season Shop cosmetics owners get similar treatment? I noticed Gingerbread set owners did not receive special variants. Could this be because the Skull Trooper was from Season 1? I am very curious, as is the rest of the community. Any insight you can provide on these topics is much appreciated. Thank you, and have a great day!

My son's account was hacked, and although we changed the password, the hacker added a two-part Authenticator that we cannot access. We've invested a significant amount in this game and are worried about losing his progress. We didn't set up this 2FA, the hacker did. We've tried using an Authentication app for a code, but it's not the one linked to the account. We believe this email serves as proof of ownership of the account. How can we remove the 2FA without the code to access our Epic Games account? I'm trying to mend my son's disappointment after all the time and money spent here. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have been a fan of Fortnite since season 1 and really enjoy the game. However, the recent update is disappointing. Many popular streamers have conducted polls showing that over 90% of the community would prefer to have health, shield, and materials per kill back in the game. Reverting this change would not only make players happy but also help retain and attract more players. The addition of the bow is great, but prioritizing player incentives for kills and improving gameplay dynamics will enhance the overall gaming experience. I urge Epic Games to consider the community feedback and make adjustments to regain the enjoyable and skill-based aspects of the game. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yesterday, upon checking my email, I discovered a message informing me that my Xbox account had been disconnected from my epic games account at 6:30 am MST. However, during that time, I was asleep, which leads me to believe that my account may have been compromised. I have attempted to access my account since then, only to be greeted with an error stating, “sorry, your account is inactive and unable to login.” The thought of losing access to a game I cherish and have invested a significant amount of money in has left me distressed. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

My son's account was stolen, and we both reached out to tech support to recover it. Despite providing numerous details like IP addresses, email addresses, and the last 4 digits of my CC# for validation, they were unable to verify his ownership. I'm frustrated after spending over $1,[redacted] on the platform for his profile. I urge for a resolution promptly. My son is Aidan Clarken, but there might have been a typo in his name when he initially created the account as Aidam instead of Aidan. This delay is outrageous! If this isn't resolved soon, I will escalate this matter to the local press and Consumer Protection agencies. The company should understand the consequences they might face if this issue remains unresolved.

I have reached out to Epic Games billing support three times through various online methods but have not received a response. I am unable to find a phone number to speak with someone, causing me a lot of frustration. Here are the details of my issue: On March 23, I purchased The Division 2 on the Epic Games launcher. While linking my Ubisoft and Epic Games accounts, I realized I had made the purchase under the wrong Epic Games account (an account created in error with the email [redacted]). I tried to request a refund on the website, but I now understand that the refund code would have been sent to an invalid email address. I then bought the game on the correct Epic Games account ([redacted]), resulting in me paying twice. I need guidance on how to resolve this issue and also assistance with closing the second account opened in error. Thank you, Andrew K.

My alternative account was compromised a few days ago. Even though my login credentials were correct, I received an incorrect message when trying to log in. Resetting the password didn’t work as the email was not recognized, even though it was correct. The email for that account was [redacted] and the Epic name is still Arrogant5. The person who accessed my account doesn't realize my main account is on the friends' list. I can see the person who took over my account using the new display name xxl RUN YEWxx 2. I would appreciate help in retrieving my account because it contained valuable items like the black knight, reaper pickaxe, and mako glider. I can provide proof of ownership before it was compromised.

My PS4 and Fortnite accounts were hacked. I managed to regain access to my PS4 account, but my Fortnite password was changed again. I updated my Fortnite account's email and password to match my PS4 account, not realizing the issue it would cause. I am now locked out of my account, which had valuable skins like the ikonik skin and battle pass skins from season 4 to 8. They also changed my username from XxRiley-GxX to FMSNIPEKILLER1. I fear it might have been changed again. My mobile name was XxRiley, and my new email is [redacted] with a password of Rileyroo08. My V-Bucks and skins are gone, and the account is now linked to Elijahandjak3. I desperately need help recovering my account.

I am receiving numerous login attempts from Russia, causing my account to be locked frequently. I have tried to follow the instructions online to disable my account to prevent unauthorized access. It's frustrating not being able to play my favorite game and risking losing the money I've invested. The website instructs me to verify my account and then contact support for further steps. However, I'm having difficulty navigating the process due to circular links and lack of assistance. Despite my patience, I'm not receiving the help I need to secure my account. The hacker's actions have left me unable to access my account or regain control, forcing me to seek assistance through various departments. Please address this issue promptly, as I no longer use the service because of these security concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Recently, someone unauthorized gained access to my Fortnite account, and when I logged in, all my cosmetic items were different. Despite setting up two-factor authentication, the individual continues to log in from elsewhere, resulting in me being kicked out of my account. I have already changed my contact email, and after doing so, I noticed that the intruder had replaced my name with their own. I have captured a screenshot showing the person's name, and I also know that they altered the language settings to Russian. If there is any way for me to assist in stopping this person, please contact me via email, and I am ready to provide any necessary information.

Hello, I need assistance with adding 2-Factor Authentication to my Epic Games account, Helsuz_savage. I would like to use this feature to gift items to my friends, especially one who is facing financial difficulties and cannot purchase skins. Her PS4 username is Brooke2384, and she really loves the soccer skin that was just re-released in the item shop. I have been playing on PS4 since season 2 and am a big fan of the game. The problem I am encountering is that I am unable to add 2FA because the email linked to my account, [redacted], is no longer in service. I have a new email, [redacted], which I am trying to connect for 2FA. However, it keeps sending notifications to the outdated email. I would appreciate any help with resolving this issue. Thank you for your assistance and for your great work on the game!

My three-year-old son accidentally purchased an expensive skin that I didn't approve, and I've been struggling to resolve this with your customer service team. Unfortunately, I can't find the invoice ID number for the purchase. It's frustrating that there isn't a phone number I can call to speak with someone directly. I've invested a lot in this game, and I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue before I escalate my concerns further. Please contact me promptly to guide me through resolving this matter and refunding my vbucks. Thank you.

I'm having trouble with my Epic Games account in relation to Fortnite. When I signed up, I mistakenly used the wrong email address, so now I'm not receiving the 2FA emails necessary for account security. My correct email should be [redacted], but I accidentally entered [redacted] during registration. This issue is preventing me from accessing my account and redeeming the IKONIK skin, which I acquired with my Samsung Galaxy S10+. I have made significant purchases for Fortnite and need help resolving this matter as soon as possible.

My name is Geoff Vincent, and I can be reached at [redacted] Recently, I received an email from your company that mentioned someone named "Ican" changing the account password. I have not made any such requests, and I don't recall even signing up initially. It appears the account may have been compromised, so I would like to request the closure of this account as soon as possible. Thank you. Geoff Vincent.

My son was playing Fortnite a few days ago, and he got logged out. When he logged back in, all his skins and purchases were gone. He had spent over £[redacted] on wallet top-ups, and now they have all disappeared. He is really upset about this. I want to know how to get everything back because they shouldn't just disappear. Please help me resolve this issue because he can't buy more wallet top-ups until this is fixed, to avoid the same thing happening again. Thank you.

I attempted to merge my JayGod account with my new account YKz Jay, but did not receive my skins on the new account. When trying to disconnect, I encountered an issue where JayGod was linked to another Epic Games account. I have tried logging into both accounts and it seems JayGod is not properly connected to YK Jay. I would like to retrieve my JayGod account and be disconnected from YK Jay.

My 13-year-old son's Fortnite account was unexpectedly banned in December. Despite sending 17 emails, we have not received a single response. We are now requesting a full refund of the $[redacted] we have spent with your company due to the lack of communication and resolution. We have heard from others that this may be a tactic to encourage customers to spend more money. If this is true, we may pursue legal action under North Carolina law. We are hopeful for a response to resolve this issue and restore our son's account, which we have invested in over the past year and a half. -Randy B. [redacted], Strongmanfl@[redacted]

Our 13-year-old's account was banned without any warning back in December. Despite spending over $[redacted] with your company in the past 18 months, we have not received any explanations despite multiple unanswered emails over the last four months. We are now requesting a full refund or the immediate restoration of the account due to the lack of communication since December. It feels like we have been exceptionally patient throughout this process. We have heard from others that this may be a common occurrence with Epic Games, where they ban high-spending accounts and force users to start over. If this issue persists, we will explore legal actions available in North Carolina for potential theft and deceit. This will be our final email, and we expect a response within seven days before we consider involving legal counsel. Thank you, Randy B.

I'm unsure why my account was disabled at the end of season 7. I had many rare skins and invested two years of birthday money into it. Could you please enable it? My email, password, and username are as follows: [redacted], Walrus10612, and TTV.navyskater. I just want my account back. Thank you for creating Fortnite, which is now my favorite game.

My account received a 2-week ban from competitive play due to the system detecting potential region lock avoidance by playing on two accounts. However, my brother and I share the PC, each with our own account. After I played the world cup on the EAST SERVERS, he attempted to play on the WEST servers from his account. Despite being aware of the region lock, we were not expecting a 2-week ban for our actions. Competitive Fortnite is how I earn my living, so being banned has significant consequences for me. I am an active and well-respected member of the community, and this is the first ban in over a year of gameplay. We have learned from this experience and will not repeat it. If there is any way to lift this ban, please inform me promptly. Thank you, NC
