********** - Hello I was refused my rental at the Hobby location. I was sent through several hardships and received the worst customer service. I am highly disappointed with the staff members. This also ruined my daughter's birthday party and I ended up paying twice the amount. The lady informed me that my card was declined because of the limit, however, when I went to Avis I did not have any issues. I called the bank and was informed the location had a high fraud alert so they were not allowing my card to go through. Additionally, I had my mother to go to the location to be added on as a driver, as advised by the assistant manager and after receiving her SSN and credit card information another assistant manager canceled the rental. (My mother credit card has a $***,*** limit and she had a *** credit score) I attempted to do everything in my power to see what could be done. The Gm was not present and did not hear me out but instead automatically sided with his employee and agree the reservation should be canceled. I asked him to please review the cameras.
