Hello, I recently made a reservation for a trip from Toronto to Dubai to Ahmedabad departing on November 28, [redacted], with a return flight from Ahmedabad to Dubai to Toronto on January 23, [redacted], all on Emirates through BudgetAir. I received confirmation and e-tickets for the entire journey. Unfortunately, I received an email from Emirates today informing me of the cancellation of my return flight. I am looking to reschedule my return flight to the last week of January or if not possible, receive a refund specifically for the return ticket. I do not wish to change my outbound flight from Toronto to Dubai to Ahmedabad. The airline's policy only allows for a full refund of the booking amount, but I only seek a refund for the return portion that was canceled by Emirates. Your assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was frustrated after spending over an hour in the long check-in line for an intercontinental flight that was clearly very crowded. When I finally reached the counter, I was prevented from proceeding as I did not have printed copies of the three Covid tests required for boarding, not for check-in. My plan was to first check-in and drop off my luggage, then print the copies. However, I had to leave the line to make these copies and encountered another queue for the test printing, which significantly delayed me. Upon returning to the check-in line when it was my turn, I was informed that my flight had already closed!

Dear team, My name is Daud. I wanted to inquire about our recent flight from Dubai to Lahore on Emirates EK622. Unfortunately, we were unaware of the child PCR test requirement for our 7-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter, as only my wife and I had taken the test. When we flew from Lahore, there were no issues, but upon our return, we were asked for the child's PCR test at check-in. We had booked extra baggage for the same flights and reissued tickets through a travel agent for a flight on 21st November from Dubai to Lahore with Emirates. When we checked online, the same baggage purchased for the 20th November flight was showing for the 21st November flight. Could you please verify if we can carry the same baggage free of cost on the next flight we booked, or will the airline automatically transfer it to the new flight? My Emirates PNR is GLHRD6 and ticket number is [redacted] [redacted]. My family's PNR is MARMVW and ticket number is [redacted] [redacted].

Attached is my e-ticket and purchase receipt for your reference. I reserved a Premium Twin seat, 33H, on flight EK1 on November 17th, as I required rest before a critical video conference at 2:30 pm shortly after my arrival. However, upon boarding, I discovered there was no Premium seating. I was informed that the only alternative was to purchase the last business class seat for USD [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts this morning, I was unable to submit the online refund form successfully. An error message appeared without specifying the issue. I kindly request a refund of £[redacted] and compensation of 24,[redacted] air miles credited to my Emirates Skywards account. For further assistance or to confirm receipt of this complaint, kindly contact me at +44 [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Sincerely, Thomas S.

Hello, while booking tickets on the emirates website, I encountered an error message after selecting the flight. The message advises to contact for assistance due to a technical problem. I attempted to call but was unsuccessful. I am currently in Abu Dhabi booking tickets for my children in Calgary, Canada, who plan to visit Dubai. I seek guidance on how to proceed and how to reach the customer service team. My landline number is [redacted]71. With urgency due to high ticket prices, I would appreciate a prompt response. Additionally, if feasible, a promotional code for a discount on the tickets would be highly valued. Thank you, Anjum.

Hello, Ticket Number: [redacted][redacted] I am N.Shrestha (19.12.[redacted]). Today I had a flight scheduled for 10:30 from Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal to Frankfurt, Germany on Fly Dubai FZ (EK [redacted] - Emirates). Unfortunately, upon arriving at the airport at 7:30 PM, I was informed that the flight had already departed. I did not receive any notifications regarding the time change, not even in my email. My email still indicates that my flight was at 10:30. I, along with many other passengers, missed our flights due to this lack of communication. I had to seek assistance at the Emirates office in Hattisar, Kathmandu after being informed at the airport. How can I resolve this issue? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service, We are seeking to adjust our flight details (booking ref. JBBZHS, flight EK [redacted]/FZ [redacted] to Dubai followed by EK [redacted] to Melbourne) from 1/04/[redacted] to approximately the 10th of February [redacted] to extend our family visit in Australia before returning to Serbia in late May [redacted] via Emirates. Our return tickets were procured in [redacted] for travel in [redacted] but were affected by Covid-19. Instead of seeking a refund, we accepted Emirates' offer to defer the flights due to our annual travel between Australia and Serbia. We have faced challenges altering our return flights through our long-term Melbourne agent, prompting our DIY attempt. However, we discovered that your self-service website does not support online changes for these deferred tickets, directing us to contact customer services. Upon reaching out to the Belgrade Emirates office, we were advised to contact the call center in Croatia, but our attempts to do so were futile. We feel stranded without any means of contact. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards, Miodrag Andjelkovic P.S. A similar message was sent to Feedback, although it was categorized as 'compliments,' which does not reflect our current predicament. Apologies for any overlapping communication.

Could you please confirm if you accept NHS proof of recovery? My husband and I had COVID on October 25th, and we are flying to Australia with Emirates on December 29th. This falls within the 90-day window where we may get a false positive PCR test. I am struggling to find information online concerning what qualifies as a "certificate of recovery." The Australian guidelines state that it's at the discretion of the airline. I would appreciate your assistance in clarifying this matter. Thank you. -Renne Burdus

Hello, I made a ticket booking with Emirates for my son. He completed the first part of his journey from Toronto to Tehran some time ago. His return flight from Tehran to Toronto is scheduled for the 5th of December. Unfortunately, he has been feeling unwell recently and tested positive for COVID-19 two days ago. I tried to contact the Emirates office in Tehran to inform them, but they were closed for the weekend and did not answer the phone. I also attempted to reach Emirates' 24-hour phone line but was unable to get through despite waiting on hold for an extended period. I checked the website for options to change the flight online, but there was no available feature, and the live chat was offline. Can you please assist me in rescheduling his flight to the earliest available one after he has recovered from COVID-19? The Emirates booking reference is: PJRLJF Passenger's name: Farzaam Khorasani Gerdehkouhi Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Nooshin Tayebi Mehr

On November 9, [redacted], my flight from KL, Malaysia to Dubai, then to Bangalore, India, resulted in my luggage being broken and damaged beyond repair with a missing wheel. The airport documented the damage, and I filled out a form. However, after not hearing back, I called on December 3, [redacted], but struggled to connect with someone who promised a callback. Air Asia later contacted me and mentioned Flydubai would reach out, which never happened. Despite calling on December 4, [redacted], I faced disconnections and unanswered calls. I urge for a resolution to replace my broken luggage and return the missing knife. Thank you. Dr. Patrick E. Also, your online complaint form appears to be malfunctioning.

I am reaching out regarding my wife, S.S.A. M., whose luggage was damaged on a recent flight from Dubai to Copenhagen with a layover in Amsterdam. Despite reporting the damage to Emirates in Copenhagen, the issue number provided was not accepted by the complaints department due to an incorrect PIR number entry. I have previously contacted Emirates about this matter but have not received a response. I am hoping to address this issue promptly.
