Hello, I booked my ticket from Delhi to Toronto with Emirates on December 28th with flight numbers EK-[redacted] and EK-[redacted], including a layover of 19 hours and 10 minutes at Dubai airport. I am inquiring about the availability of lounge services during this long layover at Dubai airport and whether Emirates provides RTPCR testing services there. I also need information on any associated charges for the RTPCR test and lounge services during my 19-hour stay. Additionally, I would like details on the Transit visa process. I have tried calling the Emirates helpline, but have been unable to reach them. Please assist me with these questions at your earliest convenience. I have attached my flight ticket for your reference. Thank you. Regards, S.G. PNR No: L2CQW6

I need to cancel one leg of my Emirates return ticket. I have been trying all morning to reach a representative with no success. My booking number is LNAZZB, under the name Uma Pandey, the ticket is for SITIJ TIWARY. Please improve your customer service. Call me back at +[redacted]8. The "Manage Your Booking" section is not user-friendly, as it doesn't provide a clear option for cancellation. Uma

Hello, Yesterday, on 13 Dec [redacted], I had a flight from Zurich to Dubai and then on to Hyderabad. I am due to return with the same schedule from Hyderabad to Zurich on 15 Jan [redacted]. Unfortunately, Emirates did not allow me to board as my covid test results were delayed. I am seeking information about using my return ticket on 15 January to avoid any unexpected issues. I have reached out to my travel agency, but they could not provide a definitive answer due to the possibility of the booking being marked as a no-show by the airline. Attempting to contact Emirates directly has been challenging due to long wait times, compounded by my current situation at the airport. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thank you.

I bought my original ticket through GoGate with the booking reference FXWZNJ. Recently, Emirates notified me that my first flight leg from Haneda to Dubai has been changed from EK313 to EK319 departing from Narita to Dubai. Today, I received an email from GoGate stating that the Tokyo to Dubai segment has been canceled, without specifying the flight number. I need to verify if I am still booked on the new flight EK319 departing from Narita on the 19th and confirm if this flight is still scheduled for the 19th.

I am scheduled to fly from Bangkok to Johannesburg with Emirates on December 18, [redacted]. My booking reference is LXKUAW, and I am a Skywards member with EK [redacted]34. I urgently need to change this flight date, but I have been struggling for the past two days to reach the Emirates booking office in Bangkok. I have tried calling multiple times, but I have only been put on hold with no success. Additionally, the Emirates "manage your booking" tool online is not allowing me to reschedule. I'm feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do next.

I'm experiencing difficulties with the online chat support, and I am seeking assistance regarding my seat bookings for flights Heathrow to Dubai to Mauritius in September [redacted] that were canceled due to Covid restrictions. The seat bookings were transferred to a new booking for September [redacted], which was also canceled. Now our travel agent has re-booked the flights for September [redacted], but I need to transfer the seat bookings. I have the purchase reference numbers but have not received a response after emailing Emirates regarding the issue. Despite initially being impressed with Emirates' customer service reputation, the lack of response has left me feeling disappointed. Emirates' online statement about Covid bookings being honored adds to my concern.

I reserved a Singapore to Dubai flight (EK353) followed by a Dubai to Belgrade flight (EK2220) for Saturday, December 17th at 00:30. The first flight is already delayed by 2 hours and it looks like it will be further delayed, potentially causing me to miss my connecting flight to Belgrade at 9:05 am. If I do make it, it will be under difficult conditions. As a precaution, I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience, stress, and mental strain this situation has caused. Thank you.

I will be traveling from South Korea to India on January 6th and returning to Korea on March 7th. My PNR is FWCEJW. I will have approximately an 8-hour layover at Dubai airport when flying from Korea to Mumbai and a 15-hour 20-minute layover when flying from Mumbai to Seoul. I'm wondering if I need a transit visa when traveling from Mumbai to Dubai and if a rapid Covid test will be required at the airport due to the 15-hour 20-minute layover.

My housekeeper traveled from Kenya to Qatar on Emirates Airlines on the 19th, but there was an issue with the COVID test requirement changing suddenly. The agent at the airport mentioned they would send an email with the new flight details, but I have not received anything yet. I'm concerned about the status of the ticket. The ticket number is [redacted][redacted]. I would appreciate an update on why the email hasn't arrived and the current status of the ticket.

URGENT: I experienced a delay in getting my rapid test results at the airport due to not being informed of this requirement beforehand. The rapid test necessity was not mentioned on the website or my ticket. When contacting the Emirates service line for information, they did not mention the rapid test requirement either. Although I had a valid RT PCR test within 48 hours, Emirates claims they are not accountable for the situation due to the lack of rapid test. I am requesting a flight reschedule for tomorrow morning as this issue was not my fault, and feel the airline should provide accurate information. Our hotel accommodations are at risk and my group of 6 passengers would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

I have a flight scheduled from Delhi to LA with a layover in Dubai. Emirates changed my flight, resulting in a 14-hour layover in Dubai. I am eligible for complimentary Dubai Connect service, but I cannot find the form to apply on their website. I have tried emailing and calling them with no response. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Customer Service Managers, I am writing to report my missing laptop, which I inadvertently left at the security screening point at Dubai International Airport before boarding flight no EK006 to Entebbe on 25/12/21. I was requested to remove it from my bag for inspection but never received it back. Passengers bound for Entebbe were hurried to their connecting flight due to a prior delay. I have included my boarding pass and informed two staff members on flight EK006 before disembarking the plane, Ivan and Eliza. My contact number is +44 [redacted], and you can also reach me in Uganda at [redacted]. Kindly assist. Yours sincerely, Margaret J N. Seat 31K, Zone E, 25/12/21

I am having trouble rebooking our cancelled tickets (due to COVID-19) through Manage my booking. It keeps showing a message saying "Warning: Sorry, the booking reference you`ve entered is incorrect. Your booking reference is the six character alphanumeric code which can be found on your ticket." The local Emirates office is closed, and I have been unsuccessful trying to contact them over the phone as it's always busy. How can I proceed with rebooking our cancelled tickets? Our booking details are as follows: 1) KUNCHITHAPATHAM (last name) REF: N3RQMN DATED 01.04.21 MAA to SEA VIA DUBAI 2) RAMACHANDRAN (last name) REF: MMXJGW DATED 01.04.21 MAA to SEA VIA DUBAI Please advise on how we can rebook our tickets.

Dear Emirates, I purchased tickets (Ticket numbers: [redacted][redacted][redacted]) for my parents' trip from Delhi to Dubai to San Francisco and back in February. The service provided was excellent and greatly assisted my elderly parents. Unfortunately, my father experienced a heart complication upon reaching Salt Lake City, leading us to seek immediate medical attention at a hospital. Doctors recommended urgent travel to India, prompting us to book a direct flight. Due to this medical emergency, I kindly request a refund for the return tickets either in cash or points. Thank you.

My checked luggage went missing on an Emirates flight from JFK Airport to Dhaka via Dubai. We had 18 checked bags, and one is missing. I've contacted Emirates multiple times but haven't heard back. If the bag is lost, I would like compensation for the missing items.

I am reaching out about a missing checked luggage incident with Emirates at JFK Airport in New York. Our flight number was EK [redacted] with connections in Dubai, heading to Dhaka. Out of 18 checked luggages, we have discovered one missing bag. We have made several attempts to contact Emirates to report the missing baggage but have not received any response yet. If the bag is declared as lost, we are hoping to receive compensation for the lost items.

I am following up on Lavitha's email dated December 26, [redacted], with reference number LON/A/KV/[redacted]/[redacted]. I attempted to reply via email but received an undeliverable message. Kindly provide an alternative email address for me to forward my complaint along with the necessary supporting documents. I noticed that as of yesterday, Emirates was still offering flights through Bangkok with a 13-hour transit, although the airport only permits transits of up to 12 hours. I also observed that Lavitha responded to my initial email 25 days later. I would appreciate a more timely response to my concerns.

I am a frequent traveler who recently booked tickets for my family and me. We were scheduled to fly to Lahore on January 4th, [redacted], but we received positive COVID-19 test results today. I have followed all necessary steps as per your guidelines. Despite attempting to reach my travel agent, he has not responded to my calls. The live chat option is understandably not available, and after being on hold with the airline for nearly 4 hours, I am reaching out for help. Your terms and conditions indicate that flights affected by COVID-19 are eligible for refunds or flight date changes. We are experiencing only mild symptoms and expect a quick recovery, which is why I am requesting a flight change. As a loyal Emirates customer and a member of Skywards, I have always recommended Emirates for its reliability. Your assistance during this difficult time would be greatly appreciated.

I am very frustrated with the Emirates Customer Service. I couldn't board my flight on 25th Dec because I didn't have my RT-PCR test result due to a delay caused by a surge in covid cases. Even though I had a rapid test result, it was not accepted, despite having my vaccination card with booster information and wearing an N-95 mask. I had taken precautions, including scheduling a RT-PCR test at my destination. I was confident my test would be negative as I hadn't left home in over a week and my kids get tested weekly. The rapid test I took was labeled for travel and FDA approved. I understand the policy, but they imposed a no-show penalty due to the lack of RT-PCR result in their system. Unfortunately, no one assisted me at the counter or answered the phone for nearly 3 hrs when I tried to call. I kindly request the waiver of the no-show penalty. Thank you. Soumya
