The first problem was the employee was rude, I felt rushed and like we were bothering him asking for water napkins and plates. When I came to the window I added * extra burritos and he seemed upset and again like i bothered him. **We were moving and the workers wanted el pollo loco so we needed extra plates, and condiments. We spent about ** dollars I have receipt still.**Then when I got back home to eat my chicken bowl was missing the extra sour cream I requested..and no that enough salsa.**I will still come back to el pollo in the future but a full*partial refund would make me happy
