Hello, I had a flight scheduled on EZY888 from Glasgow to Gatwick with my mother yesterday. Our booking references are K4VJJXQ and K4VJHFG. When we arrived at the gate at [redacted] as advised, the final call had already been made, and the gate was closed. This caused us to miss the flight along with other passengers who had a similar experience. After contacting Easyjet customer services, I found out that the flight was canceled due to the handling agent not finding our details. As a result, we had to rebook on the evening flight, making for a very long day. I am requesting a refund for the bookings K4VJJXQ and K4VJHFG since we missed the flights through no fault of our own. Dear EasyJet Baggage Services, I am contacting you regarding three missing bags from our recent flight from Munich to Gatwick on Friday (Flight EZY8984). Despite making a report (LGWU232001), there has been no communication from EasyJet. Using an airtag, we have located the bags at Gatwick. Multiple attempts to reach out via phone have been unsuccessful. With my parents needing their bags for an upcoming trip to Australia, prompt resolution is vital. My father plans to visit Gatwick today to retrieve the bags personally. We anticipate EasyJet supporting us with any travel expenses we may incur during this process. My recent holiday was ruined because my passport, despite being valid until 24 July [redacted], was issued on 25th Feb [redacted] and is over 10 years old. This rule for UK passport holders travelling to the EU was introduced at the beginning of [redacted], catching me off guard. As I prepare to update my advance passenger information with my new passport details, I realize that the information you request only includes the expiry date, not the issue date. I suggest that the issue date is equally important for travel validity. Including it in the required information would be beneficial. I assume your monitoring service could validate this data. If you had access to my passport's issue date, you could have alerted me beforehand, preventing last-minute cancellations and the disappointment of missing out on a planned holiday.

Hello, I need assistance. Last night, I tried to book tickets from Nice to Amsterdam on the E-Dreams website. Unfortunately, my credit card was declined, so I attempted with a different card which faced the same issue. After logging out and back in, I had to start a new search and finally completed the booking. This morning, I received two separate confirmations from E-Dreams - one for the EasyJet booking that got declined, and the other for the successful booking. E-Dreams directed me here for help since they are unable to cancel or refund for the double booking. I now have two tickets for the same flight for the same passengers. Subsequently, on April 7, I received an email notifying me of an aircraft change and a new booking reference, K51LMG5, was issued. My credit card was then automatically charged for this new booking. During my recent journey from Gatwick to Lanarca, my luggage sustained extensive damage. Upon arrival, I discovered my suitcase had been tampered with, and several valuable items were missing, including a watch, a chanel necklace, earrings, a gold bracelet, and joy perfume. Despite my meticulous packing, the staff at Lanarca easyjet were unhelpful, alleging that my case was overpacked and had burst. I felt violated and devastated, especially since the stolen items were meant for my godfather's 70th birthday celebration. The lack of support, the absence of a PIR number, and the disrespectful treatment I received from the airport staff exacerbated my distress. Despite reaching out to customer services, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. The entire experience has left me deeply upset and disappointed. I implore the airline to address this issue promptly.

On March 26th, I booked 2 Eazyjet flights with Reservation Number: K552JT3. I also booked a car hire simultaneously, and the booking site confirmed this separately for payment. However, I have only received an email confirming the flights, not the car hire. I have noticed that only the payment for the flights has been deducted. I was shocked to be charged at the gate for my hand luggage, especially when it easily fit under the seat. The whole experience ruined our weekend. We felt unfairly treated and it even led to my bank card being blocked. I had to buy another suitcase and pay for it to be checked on the return journey. When boarding, there was no issue as the flight attendant allowed hand luggage to be stored under the seat if there was no space in the overhead bins. This situation made me feel frustrated, as it seemed like a way for the airline to make extra money, possibly with the staff benefiting from commissions.

I recently flew with easyJet from Milan Malpensa to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport on March 13. Unfortunately, my luggage was not checked by the staff and got lost. Despite following the airport's instructions and reporting the issue, my suitcase has not been delivered to my home as of March 30. The airports have not been helpful, and despite contacting easyJet customer service multiple times, I have only been told to wait. It has been 18 days now, and my luggage is still missing. I was informed that the luggage has been located, but I am frustrated with the lack of progress. I am seeking further assistance from easyJet regarding the situation.

I wanted to share my recent experience with my flight from Milan (Linate) to Paris (CDG) which was Flight # EJU4564 scheduled for March 31, [redacted], at 19:30. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled, and we were informed of this inconvenience at the boarding counter with very little notice. Given that I had a connecting flight the next day from Paris to Riyadh, I had to book another flight with a different airline just to ensure my travel plans were not disrupted. I ended up spending the night at the airport waiting for my new flight. I believe that the airline should be responsible for arranging alternative flights and accommodations for affected passengers. Could someone guide me on the process to claim a refund for my ticket?

I'm looking to reserve a flight from London to Inverness. I only require a small carry-on bag for the cabin but wish to include one checked bag in the hold containing camping gear such as collapsible trekking poles and tent pegs, weighing well below fifteen kg. The fee for checked luggage up to fifteen kg is listed as £6.99 on the fees and fares page linked from various places on the easyJet website. However, during the booking process, I am consistently being prompted to pay £21.49 for the fifteen kg hold bag, which is three times higher. Can someone explain why I am being charged a higher amount for the checked bag? Update: Unfortunately, I didn't resolve the pricing discrepancy with easyJet. I decided to cancel my London flight and opted for a flight departing from a closer airport to Edinburgh instead. Nevertheless, I will still require a return flight to Edinburgh at the end of my journey. It might be with easyJet or I might consider flying with Ryanair, as they seem to be transparent about their pricing.

We were scheduled to travel with EasyJet to Cyprus on March 26th and return on April 5th. Unfortunately, my wife contracted Covid-19 on March 24th, forcing us to cancel our plans. Despite contacting EasyJet to cancel and requesting a confirmation for insurance purposes, I have yet to receive it even after 10 days. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, EasyJet's responses have been unrelated to my request for a cancellation letter. The lack of understanding and help I am experiencing is frustrating, as this should be a straightforward matter. I feel like I am stuck in a loop with no progress. The customer service provided has been extremely poor.

Today, I spoke with a customer service representative regarding changing flights from Tunisia to a different destination for a family of 7. According to the government website, non-essential travel is not recommended, especially as we are a black family facing violence. The cost of changing flights and hotels is too high at £[redacted], which we cannot afford. The only refund available is £52 for taxes. Our trip was intended to celebrate my granddaughter's 18th birthday. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Booking Reference: K3SGSTV I recently had to cancel my flights and requested a refund which was processed on April 28. I was informed that it would take up to 7 days for the refund to show in my account. However, it has been 9 days now and the refund is still not visible. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. I received an email from Easy Jet's Customer Service Team confirming the refund on April 28.

Hello, I need clarification on the luggage costs for my upcoming flight. The website mentions a charge for Baggage Luggage of 40 pounds and Hand Luggage of 60 pounds. I know Baggage refers to the suitcase, but I'm uncertain about Hand Luggage. Typically, passengers are allowed one free hand luggage item if it fits under the seat. Could Hand Luggage include items that go in the overhead compartments? I would appreciate it if you could clarify the pricing for each type of luggage and whether any items are provided free of charge. Thank you.

My son's luggage is currently at the Bodrum lost and found office, but none of the EasyJet staff are willing to retrieve it and put it on one of the daily flights from Bodrum to Bristol. The Bodrum lost and found office has informed me that if EasyJet does not collect the luggage soon, they will begin charging me tomorrow. Despite speaking to various staff at EasyJet and Bodrum, no one appears to be willing to assist. I am puzzled by EasyJet's behavior in this situation, as it is becoming costly to repeatedly call Bodrum airport in addition to contacting EasyJet. The operators at EasyJet have not been very helpful on the phone and seem to be a waste of our time. We feel like we are getting nowhere with this issue.

Good afternoon, I missed my flight to Kefalonia, EZY [redacted], this morning. I arrived at the gate 10 minutes late with special assistance. The delay occurred while obtaining a label for my large checked-in exercise bike due to a malfunctioning ticket machine and a busy area.
