Easyjet has cancelled my flight due to the ongoing COVID-** situation and emailed that I can change for free or get a voucher. However, I want a refund and not interested in a change or voucher but they are not answering their calls saying that they are very busy and call again later but that later never comes! This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The option of refund should be available for cancelled flights on their app*thru our account and we shouldn't have to run from pillar to post.
