Hi I made a booking a few weeks ago and just wanted to add an extra case on to my outbound flight. I know you can not do it on line so I rang up to add it to my booking. I was informed that i can no longer do this. i would like to know why? The man on the phone said it was to do with security, but the bag would go through the same security. If i had booked a oneway ticket I would have been able to add a bag one way please can you explain to me why I should have to pay extra and book two ways. Thankyou
