How GetHuman-heidiya fixed the problem
I was unable to find the answer to my simple question myself as I am deaf and find using the phone difficult. I had to contact my husband, in the UK, and he phoned EasyJet on my behalf to get the information I needed. For customers who are deaf, it is imperative that Live Chat is offered by EasyJet.
