Flight for * adults and *baby cancelled from Alicante to Bristol ** th July. First available flight wed *st Aug. *Staff explained we would receive *** euros each compensation and all expenses paid on our return. *After some time found hotel in Alicante (along with ** other people in our flight ) *** euros for * rooms no baby facilities and no breakfast. An additional ** euros for breakfast but we couldn't afford it ! *Taxis were on strike as well due to dispute with uber. So we had to hire another minibus *** euros ( all they had available) *Following day managed to find a villa to fit us all in. *** euros *.oaid extra for seats together , but we didn't get that when rebooked by them. *When back in uk went through correct procedure to claim refund expenses etc. We were told ** days before we would receive it, now on day ** still nothing . Myself and husband rang from our phones yesterday , I was waiting for * hours and ** mins but still no answer. my husband gave up after * hour. *Emailed again today and reply said to wait ** days !!!! *We just want to get back the money we are entitled to. The whole process is set up to dissuade you from persisting with it , but EasyJet should be held responsible for this and pay up !
