I have been trying to,book a holiday from newcastle to sol don pablo,hotel in Torremolinos on the *th Januaryn****for ** nights all inclusive. The total,cost of this holiday is £****.** including transfers and *x **kg luggage. When going ahead to book it said to,put in a promo code so I looked on t he easyJet lpromotional code and a promo,code appeared £***discount using code mvcaug*** when iI attempted to use this code it wouldn't accept it. I talked to one of your agents who was very helpful but couldn’t sort it out for me and transferred me through to customer services after waiting for quite a long time Imwas eventually put through to a man who was in my opinion quite rude and put the phone down on me .Imdo not think this is an a acceptable way to,treat a customer. He more or less implied that it was a bogus website which was publishing with your website and all,easy jet terms and conditions . We usually book,our holidays with jet **but unfortunately they are not flying from Newcastle to, Malaga in January.I have never experienced before even though we have * holidays a year this sort of service. In my opinion this is illegal what is happening with these promo,codes and I think that abta and atoll should be informed.I would appreciate your comments regarding this matter.*From Patricia Mash.
