I flew with EasyJet from Edinburgh to Amsterdam at **:**am (time in Edinburgh) today, Thursday, May **th ****. A shoe from my checked bag went missing and I would like to know if it has been found, and if so, how I can get it back. If it has not been found, I would like to be reimbursed by Menzies or EasyJet for losing my property. What is the quickest*easiest way for me to get in touch with someone directly who can provide assistance with this issue?

I sent an email to Menzies Aviation after speaking with someone on the phone. The email was sent in order to provide the assistant with information needed for her to file a report for me, but she stated that often shoes are simply thrown away. I'm still waiting to hear back from someone.
