Customer Rep identified herself as REGINA Called today Customer Service & was put on hold for about ** mins to request for * Aisle seat for my husband & me to seat beside him. This woman Regina was NOT nice at all. She was so curt & said that she cannot help me & I have to go to the Web. I told her that both my husband & me are not familiar with using high Tech. & begged her to help us. She was VERY DISCOURTEOUS,CONDESCENDING,CURT UNKIND & said Sorry I cannot help you & ended the conversation. I used to fly Evergreen Deluxe Business Class with my First husband before R*T NYC MANILA. What happened to the Courtesy that we used to enjoy with EVA before? For * thing Regina's attitude is NOT a good reflection of EVA Air. I was never ever treated so condescendingly by any AIRLINE staff like the way Regina from EVA Air treated me this morning!
