We booked flights for our trip on December **, **** through Expedia from Zadar, Croatia to Bangkok, Thailand.*Unfortunately on our Visa we were charged in USFunds when we thought we were quoted in Canadian funds.*We emailed Expedia back within ** hours to cancel our tickets through the original electronic ticket confirmation email.*Then because we didn't get a confirmation email I called Expedia to make sure the tickets were cancelled. They were not. On October ** I called Expedia again and they were finally canceled but they suggested calling EVA Airlines regarding my FULL REFUND. So I tried to call some of your phone numbers listed but can't get through to your office. So I tried to call the number listed in Zagreb, Croatia but it won't work either. I don't understand why it won't work as the automated system speaks only in Croatian or a language I don't understand. I speak English. So next I called the *-***-***-**** number and they put me through another number but it only gives US airports.*We have already rebooked these original tickets through Flightnetwork which was a huge saving for us but now we have * tickets and we only need *. Anyway both companies were supposed to quote prices according to farecompare website.*Sorry this is too hard to explain by email.*I also tried contacting EVA Airlines through one of your websites but for some reason it wouldn't except the email and send it.**Could I please have someone CALL ME BACK? I just want a Full Refund from EVA for the original tickets purchased on October **, **** through Expedia website.*On the Visa statement it say charged by EVA and not Expedia.*We don't need * tickets we just need *. I don't know what else to try as I tried several ways to get ahold of EVA offices originally *Note: All numbers listed on your website for example you list ***-********* corporate office *But for me to call out of Croatia I dialled***-**-**********But I should be calling a ten digit number after the **.*But this number only has NINE digits......*So what is missing????
