Issue: While on ESPN’s homepage, clicking on an "ESPN+" content page prompts me to subscribe to ESPN+ despite being logged into my ESPN+ account. Clicking "Subscribe to ESPN+" or "Get ESPN+" signs me in again and redirects me to the "Watch ESPN" section, creating a loop that requires constant re-login to access content. This issue does not occur on other areas of the site. As a reviewer with a sizeable audience, this experience is frustrating. Contacting web support has proven unhelpful with long wait times. A prompt resolution is requested to avoid a negative review. Swift response time will impact the final critique. Thank you. -A.

On 9/22/[redacted], I hastily signed up for a streaming program on your site to watch NFL games. Despite realizing my error about the service not being available in my area, I promptly contacted customer service to cancel my subscription. However, despite numerous emails and calls, my refund has not been processed as promised. I provided my details: Case Number - CS[redacted], Denis Kenshalo at [redacted] Sunset Dr., Merced, CA [redacted], email - [redacted], and phone number - [redacted]. It has been a frustrating three months trying to resolve this issue, and I am hopeful for a swift resolution.

At the start of the year, the draft settings for my league were configured for 4 out of 12 teams to qualify for the playoffs, with the top two from each division. Currently, it looks like all four playoff spots will be taken by one division. This situation is causing concern for me and a friend as we may be left out of the playoffs. The league had previously agreed to this setup during the draft, and I am unable to adjust the settings using my LM tools. Is there any assistance available to address this issue?

Hello, I contacted support shortly after accidentally purchasing an ESPN+ monthly subscription. The representative canceled the subscription and mentioned no refund was necessary as the charge did not go through. However, my card was indeed charged that day, and I have not received a reimbursement. Can you assist me with this matter? The email associated with the account is [redacted]

I have been assured three times that a refund of the $49.95 fee for ESPN+ would be processed since the first day of subscription. However, the representatives have failed to honor this commitment. I have since purchased the subscription for $4.99 through Apple. My name is Bob D., and you can reach me at [redacted] The broadcast failed to come through, causing me to miss my Ok. State ballgame, which was a frustrating experience. Despite being assured of a refund during my calls, it has yet to be issued. I urge you to address this matter promptly.

I have been attempting to cancel a recurring charge on my ESPN.com account for weeks without success. Despite never using this service, I have been charged $4.99 monthly. I suspect the account may be linked to my email or a family member’s, as multiple relatives use my email for their accounts, making it hard for me to access mine. The last charge was identified by American Express with this tag. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

I bought a UFC fight on November 2 and got charged twice. I want the extra charge to go towards tonight's UFC fight. A customer service agent promised a refund, but I haven't received any help yet. Please call me urgently at [redacted]. It has been over 30 days without a resolution. My name is Jeremiah F. This customer service experience has been terrible, and I need to talk to a manager.

I recently called regarding issues with ESPN+ not loading correctly on my smart TV after trying to cast from my computer. Several fights I wanted to watch kept blacking out, requiring frequent reloads, which was inconvenient as my computer is in a different part of the house. Despite speaking with a representative for approximately 20 minutes to address the issue, I was unable to reach a resolution. I am disappointed with the service and would like to cancel my subscription immediately. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you. - James C.

I experienced multiple freezing issues while streaming the UFC event on ESPN+ through my TV last night. The stream froze three times, leading me to reboot my TV twice to restore the connection. Unfortunately, the third freeze occurred with only 3:19 left in the 5th round of the Main Event, causing me to miss the fight's ending and the knockout. I am greatly disappointed and frustrated with the service provided and am requesting a full refund of $59.99. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to contact American Express to file a claim and express my dissatisfaction through negative reviews. I urge you to address this issue promptly and provide a suitable resolution. Sincerely, Kevin G.

I pre-ordered UFC [redacted] on the ESPN app on my phone three hours before it started. When I tried to watch it on my TV at the fight time, it prompted me to order again. To not miss the event, I ordered it through Roku, allowing me to watch it. I noticed I got charged twice on my credit cards: ending in [redacted] and [redacted], both by ESPN. My email is [redacted], and I go by Robert Ryan. Kindly refund one payment of $59.99. Thanks.

I won my semifinals thanks to Michael Thomas scoring 31.3 points, while I was only trailing by 29.5. I was all set for the championship matchup with a projected score, but this morning (Fri, Dec 20), my opponent got extra points from what seems to be "stat corrections." However, we are unsure about the details of these corrections. Please advise on the next steps. Any help would be appreciated.

I am a coach at Evangel University and I am looking to obtain the ESPN 3 broadcasts of the games where we played Grand View on September 28, [redacted], and Benedictine on October 19, [redacted]. I would like to preserve these broadcasts as a gift for Sam Morton, our All-American linebacker, who was featured in both of these games. This gift will hold significant sentimental value and will help preserve Sam's football memories for his future children. Any assistance you can provide in acquiring these broadcasts would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my brother-in-law recently bought a year of ESPN+ for me and shared the login details for me to update the account. However, due to me having an existing Disney+ account and possibly having tried ESPN+ before, I am unable to change the email associated with the new account. Is there a way to merge these accounts so I can access both services with my [redacted] login? I've changed the payment details to avoid any extra charges beyond the purchased year. The account was set up under [redacted] with my name, Brett Crystal. The new ESPN+ account is under the name "ESPNFAN[redacted]," and I'm unable to access the profile information to update it with my existing login details. Can you assist me in combining these accounts? Thank you.

The game announcer for the VT/UK Belk Bowl game needs to be removed. They are the worst ever and their performance is a distraction to the game. Their style comes off as amateur and exaggerated, making them sound like an old woman trying to imitate a man. I wonder where you found such a poor TV personality. This mistake will cost you network support. It's one of the poorest performances ever. I am certain you're receiving numerous complaints about them. Why haven't you taken action and replaced them yet? You will end up regretting it.

I require assistance setting up ESPN+ on my Samsung TV. I have printed the instructions from the ESPN+ site, but I find them confusing. I am not very tech-savvy as I am older. I own a Samsung TV model UN60JU650D FXZA. The instructions mention opening the ESPN App on a streaming device like an Android phone or TV. I cannot locate this App or Channel Store. It says to highlight the "settings gear" icon, but I cannot find it on my TV, Android phone, or Dell computer. It also mentions opening Account Information and logging into the ESPN Account to obtain an activation code. I am unsure where to find this on my phone, TV, or computer. I am seeking someone who can guide me through each step, specifying which device to use and where to locate the instructions on that device. I urgently need help from a human.

On November 23, at 6:00 pm, I logged into my ESPN+ account to watch the OVC championship between SEMO and Morehead. Just a minute into the game, the power went out, and the broadcast stopped. Despite understanding that technical issues occur, many of us, including me, were disappointed when the OVC announced they would no longer be showing the game. It seemed like the Jacksonville State Broadcasting team had given up with no effort to address the problem. As a result, viewers across the country were left without the championship match they were eagerly awaiting. I had subscribed to ESPN+ specifically to watch my twin sister play, and it was frustrating to only see one minute of the game before it was cut off. After realizing that my primary reason for the subscription was no longer valid, I decided to cancel it. Although I initially struggled to find a way to voice my complaint to the OVC, once I did and spoke with the Commissioner, I promptly turned my focus back to ESPN+. I signed up for the subscription on October 29, anticipating my sister's participation in the finals, which unfortunately I couldn't watch due to the stream blackout. As a result, I believe a refund for the last three months is fair, considering the service did not meet my expectations. Thank you, Kamryn

I frequently read ESPN articles on your website and consistently come across typos and errors. For example, while reading about Alex Gordon re-signing with the Royals for $4 million, I noticed that the article listed him as a right fielder. Do you ensure proper proofreading and fact-checking before posting articles? I've noticed discrepancies between baseball transactions and your Free Agency tracker, where players who have signed with teams are still shown as available. Please take editing more seriously; it's not as challenging as it seems.

I subscribe to ESPN primarily to watch BYU football and men's basketball. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decrease in live coverage of their games. It is disheartening considering the large number of LDS fans worldwide who are eager to support their team. When I signed up for xfinity, I made sure to inquire about access to BYU games and even opted for a sports package. It seems ESPN has gone back on their promise from a few years ago to cover their games wherever they play. This feels like discrimination against BYU and its fans, particularly those of the LDS faith. I am deeply disappointed by ESPN's lack of coverage, as these games hold great significance to me as an 80-year-old fan who values the school's programs and players. Perhaps it would be more fitting for the BYU channel to broadcast the games, as they offer better commentary and refrain from disrespectful commercials. I am left feeling marginalized this season due to my religious affiliation and the affiliation of BYU. It is unsettling to see other league games televised live while BYU games are not.

I have ESPN Plus at home. While at the mall with my daughter, I signed up on my iPad. In Hawaii, around 5:50 pm, I paid $88.97 and was charged to my card. I experienced issues during the stream, missing parts of the fights, especially the Amanda Nunes fight. Despite contacting support, the problem persisted during crucial moments. I am a disappointed Amanda Nunes fan and am requesting a refund as I was unable to watch it live. I will resort to watching ESPN Plus at home, as I faced these interruptions while using my iPad and do not wish to repeat this experience.

Hello Team, I have operated an EPL tipping competition on the ESPNfootytips platform for several years. I have recently learned that this platform is being replaced by fantasyESPN. I am willing to transfer to the new platform, but I have a few queries regarding its functionality: 1. As the administrator of the old platform, I had more editing capabilities for competition and tipster details compared to what is currently available, which seems limited to only deleting tipster accounts and tips. 2. In the old platform, I could include features like double point joker rounds and points for fully correct rounds. Can these features be implemented on the new platform? 3. A tipster mistakenly created two entries using different email addresses, one belonging to his wife. I was able to delete his wife's account successfully, but the remaining account only shows as 'ESPNFAN[redacted]'s Picks 1, ESPNFAN[redacted]'. Is there a way to edit this account to display his name, 'Slavko P*******', or does this need assistance from your end? 4. My tipping competition is named 'NIX 20-21 EPL'. I appreciate any advice or assistance as the competition is commencing this Saturday. Thank you, Nick
