Please see request * complaint below which would not send to the recommended address.*I would like some help as soon as possible with a bill which must be incorrect. It is for the above address which has been empty since I purchased it last July and is for £***.**. This must mean that the meter is faulty for both gas and electric as:**) there is nobody there and until July the only electricity used was for hand tools * * lightbulb in the entrance hall**) the gas was off until the meter was replaced (see your records) and was turned off by my plumber in early March as it became apparent the property would remain incomplete and empty during the lockdown.*The bill is preposterous and needs investigating urgently please. I have called in to report this but have not heard back from a manager who can resolve it as repeatedly requested.**Many thanks.**Frances Cooper
