Unable to log in to my member account. Says account has been marked as inactive. Please contact members services to reactivate your account. I use this account almost every day to do surveys so it surely is not inactive. Also, I had nearly *** points in this account that I cannot now redeem. I contacted member services and have not received a reply. I also called them at (***) ***-**** and left a message and did not receive a reply. I also checked with the BBB and they have received over *** complaints about E-Rewards. If you can help me with this problem I will be very grateful. I want my account to be reactivated and my reward points put back in my account.*Regards*James M Doll
