i bought a reward from e-rewards of *** GolfNow rewards points for $**.** and they never showed up on my GolfNow account

Help with my E-Rewards issue
The issue in GetHuman-twalbert's own words
buy a reward for $**.** from e-rewards redemption center or *** GolfNow rewards points ... i bought *** GolfNow Rewards points on September *th for $**.**. The $**.** was deducted on September *th from my account. It is now the **nd and i have not got the *** GolfNow added to my GolfNow account. i was sent an e-mail saying congratulations i have been rewarded and i would get my *** GolfNow points in *-* weeks. please help
i purchased the same type of reward in August and got the points in ** hours
credit my GolfNow account the *** points i purchased
active customer never had a problem in the past
e-mail and got automated reply. i answered that and never got a response
I have an issue with E-Rewards too
How GetHuman-twalbert fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-twalbert to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
