I had just finished filling out a survey and the survey locked on me and I didn't get credit. I emailed them about getting credit. Then did a similar survey and again it locked on me, but finally gave me credit. I logged back on e-rewards to see my balance and then it said "my account is inactive..contact Customer Service". I am a frequent user and have no idea how my account got inactive. My experience with their Customer Service is that it takes a week sometimes for them to respond to issues. Now I am missing surveys because their system inactivated my account. Would like this solved ASAP.
GetHuman-dfought did not yet indicate what E-Rewards should do to make this right.
