Explain I wasn't an E-ON customer and stop the har***ment. ... ****o, I am constantly receiving bills for electricity from you, when I am already paying British Gas for my electricity. I had a ****ish phone call to your company last week. Half an hour on hold, then forced to find out the serial number of the meter (up a height in a cupboard where I couldn't see) only for the call to be suddenly cut off ** minutes in, as the human who eventually spoke to me was about to inform me of what was going on. He didn't call me back or email and no way was I waiting online for ages again, paying for a phone call I couldn't afford, to sort out a mistake that's nothing to do with me. Today I received another bill, this one threatening a debt collector. I have started to hate E.ON with a p***ion. I did everything right and am paying my bills but am being har***ed by your company.
I wasted a huge amount of money on a phone call already. Kept on hold for ** minutes all told, promised a refund on the call, only for the person I eventually reached to be suddenly cut off with no resolution.
I want you to realise I'm not with E-ON and leave me alone.
