Regarding Order # [redacted], I want to express my satisfaction with the excellent service provided by Dyson. ALERT: I believe there may be a courier scam going on. Regarding Order # [redacted] about the Dyson courier package, I wanted to bring to your attention a strange email I received claiming delivery of a Dyson package with altered formatting and multiple tracking numbers. The email stated the package was delivered without a signature while no one was home when three of us were present. This raised suspicions as the email requested payment for redelivery. Luckily, I have since received the official notification from Dyson with the correct tracking number and will proceed accordingly. I believe Dyson and Canada Post should be informed about this potentially fraudulent activity. It’s unfortunate that these incidents are becoming more common. I am looking forward to receiving the "brush" part and will contact you by phone to discuss this matter further.

I am interested in buying the V10 Cyclone Absolute vacuum that works on both LVP flooring and rugs. I am worried that the 'fluffy' head may damage my LVP. I had some confusion with Affirm regarding my approval. Initially, I was approved for $[redacted], then later it changed to $[redacted], and I believe the offer expired today. Despite this, I still wish to purchase the vacuum, which I believe costs $[redacted].49, using Affirm. If I can get approved for $[redacted] with me paying the remaining $[redacted], that would work well for me. Turning 79 at the end of January [redacted], this financial arrangement would be greatly appreciated. I appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.

On December 19th, I contacted Dyson via WhatsApp about battery issues with my V7 vacuum purchased on 07/12/[redacted]. I had a similar problem two years after purchase, and Dyson promptly sent me a new battery under warranty. Now, facing the same issue again with an expired warranty, Dyson's Radka offered me a new vacuum for €[redacted]. I agreed, made the payment, and awaited instructions for returning my old vacuum. Two days later, when I hadn't heard about the new vacuum, I messaged Dyson and was informed there were technical issues hindering the process. An email on 22/12 explained that due to my vacuum being 4 years old and out of warranty, a replacement wasn't possible. They requested my bank details for a refund. Since I couldn't send them via email, I called. Unfortunately, as of now, I haven't received the refund. A Dyson customer service representative said the refund process hasn't begun due to "human error." I'm requesting an immediate refund and expressing my dissatisfaction with the post-sales service, hoping for improvements. I can provide communication screenshots upon request. Thank you.

I adore my cordless Dyson vacuum, a crucial tool in training puppies for families in need. Unfortunately, after 18 months, it stopped working properly. Caught up in the aftermath of the pandemic, I forgot to arrange for repairs. Whilst I can locate the registration paperwork, I wonder if it's necessary, as I am the original owner. The model in question is the cordless Dyson vacuum PM8-US-HJC6019B. Currently, it only runs for 10-30 seconds after charging. I am keen to have it repaired and seek guidance on the necessary steps. The Dyson Airwrap is a well-known hair styling device that uses air instead of high heat to curl and style hair. Unfortunately, my Airwrap began showing signs of trouble that made me concerned about its safety. Initially, I noticed unusual electronic sounds emanating from the device, which worried me. Subsequently, the Airwrap started overheating during use, raising alarm bells about possible fire risks. Despite my concerns, I persisted in using it, hoping the issues would resolve. Regrettably, the problems escalated. The Airwrap eventually ceased functioning entirely, refusing to switch on. It became evident that I could no longer use it, leading me to dispose of the tool. Upon further investigation, I learned that numerous consumers encountered comparable issues such as strange noises, overheating, and failure to power up. I believe these issues present serious safety concerns, prompting me to share my story with you. I'd appreciate it if you could arrange for a replacement to be sent to me.

I wanted to share my experience with my Dyson Airwrap. I started having issues with it, including electronic noises and overheating during use. Despite hoping the problems would go away, they persisted, and the Airwrap eventually stopped working completely. After researching, I found other consumers had similar safety concerns. I felt it was no longer safe to use and had to dispose of it.

Purchasing a Dyson has been an impossible task today. I had an unaccommodating experience with an agent during a video call, which left me feeling frustrated. Despite owning 3 Dyson cordless uprights and having received excellent service previously, I was unable to place an order due to an issue with the serial number. I provided all possible numbers but made no progress. It's disappointing to only have access to a chat line with generic apologies that lead nowhere. The video call experience was also unsatisfactory, and I believe management needs to address these issues. As a busy business owner, I don't have time for ineffective hour-long chats. - C.H.

Our Dyson V7 Motorhead Cord-Free Origin stopped working in February due to the battery not charging. After purchasing a new battery for $60 per the advice of the online chat support, the issue persisted. Following another online chat session, they directed us to a service center in Brampton, which is quite far from our location. They promised to send a prepaid package for us to return the vacuum, but it never arrived. Now, we are stuck with a $[redacted] vacuum that barely outlasted the warranty period, which we worked hard to afford. We are eagerly awaiting a resolution to this escalating predicament.

I am having trouble registering my warranty online for my Dyson V8 cordless vacuum. Despite entering my email, serial number, and purchase date, the system does not recognize my purchase date. I entered 09/16/[redacted], which is the date on my confirmed order #[redacted]. I have tried calling the provided telephone numbers for assistance, but they keep directing me back to the same form that rejects my purchase date.

I am disappointed with my Dyson V11 Absolute high torque carpet cleaner. It doesn't always pick up dirt efficiently and leaves a line of dust at the edges. I need to clean the cleaner and replace the filter every time I use it, otherwise, there will be a blockage in the side hole. This extra maintenance makes it inconvenient for me to clean my carpeted floors. I've had this for several years, but it is not my top choice due to these issues. I am an unhappy customer and would not recommend Dyson in the future. The serial numbers on the battery base are [redacted]-02/01 and [redacted]-04/02.

I need a replacement for my malfunctioning v11 Absolute. I already reached out via email on your Gethuman site. The high torque cleaner consistently leaves debris along the edges, despite replacing the filter before each use. It's frustrating to continually clear dirt from the square hole on the cleaner's side. My serial number is either [redacted]-02;01 or [redacted]-04/02. At this point, I can no longer recommend Dyson due to these issues. It's unreasonable to have to change the filter and clean out dust every single time.

Once again, the head motor smells like burnt rubber. While I appreciate the quick shipment of replacement parts, it's essential to find a permanent solution to this recurring problem. I've been a loyal Dyson customer with numerous Dyson products, and this issue is unusual compared to my previous experiences. It appears that this model may not meet Dyson's usual high standards.
