Hi, *I had a streak of using duolingo for **** days. I had enabled a streak waiver which allowed me to miss a day. I even received an email informing me of that. I missed one day due to a family emergency and you changed the counter back to zero. I am a duo plus member also. Please reinstate my days. User name atom****. I have written several times and have received no response. *Thank you!!
GetHuman-tomrotr did not yet indicate what Duolingo should do to make this right.
