I typed in the link that was on my access code what I purchased. I typed in the access code but it literally didn't take me anywhere because I have never had an account before. So I went ahead and created an account then tried to put the access code in again and it did not work. I'm not sure why it would allow me to type in the code, knowing I have yet to make an account. It didn't even take me to where I need to put in a teachers code. Just took me to what looked like an account, but really wasn't set up. I have assignments that will be due soon and I REALLY need to fix this situation.
GetHuman-clamothe did not yet indicate what Duolingo should do to make this right.
