I have completed all the requested steps. I submitted a picture of my government ID, and additionally, I took another photo holding my government ID. Unfortunately, I have missed out on 22 bets in the last three days. I would have won 17 and lost 5, earning $[redacted]. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will miss out on 11 bets for NFL Thursday night Football. Please address this promptly.

Hello, I believe this message is directed to DRAFTKINGS. I am Tim, a regular DFS player on DK, and I enjoy the rewards program. I have been in contact with customer support regarding issues logging into my account on both my laptop and the app. I am unable to sign in because it requires a 6-digit authorization code, but I no longer have access to the associated phone number. I need the code to be sent to my email address or a new number before I can log in. Thank you.

Hello, I recently encountered an "account locked" notification when trying to access my account in Illinois on the DK Sportsbook app. This notification blocks me from logging in, viewing my previous bets, checking my account balance, and using essential functions of the app. It indicates a temporary lock and instructs me to contact customer service for assistance in unlocking my account. Despite my regular activity in Illinois for the past three months, this issue seems to run deeper than just my location. I hoped to receive guidance on regaining access to my account as I have funds I wish to use for betting. I have attempted to reach out through the app but have not found a resolution, and it has been two days without a response. I am eager for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

Hello, this afternoon my fiance attempted to help me transfer funds to our Paypal account. Unfortunately, after providing a picture of my North Carolina driver's license for verification, my account now has restrictions. I am unable to transfer funds to Paypal or participate in an upcoming NFL contest. I am looking for assistance in resolving this issue and wondering if there is a phone number I can contact for help. I have sent multiple emails regarding the restrictions on my account, but the support team claims they do not see any issues. Despite sending pictures of the restrictions, they keep asking me to verify my location, which I have already done. I urgently need to make a deposit to place a bet before the games start today. I recently deposited $[redacted] from my debit card to open an account with Draft Kings last weekend. Although my deposit was successfully accepted and is visible on my login page, I encountered a complication due to residing in Nebraska, outside of New Jersey. I was informed that online wagering with Draft Kings or any other platform is illegal from my current location. Despite seeing the $[redacted] balance in my account, I am unable to access it and have received a message advising me not to attempt further contact due to being banned from the site based on my computer/home address. I attempted to place a bet on the recent Super Bowl. The offer was to double my money if any team scored a touchdown. Upon opening the app, I was prompted to make a deposit of $[redacted] before placing a bet. Unfortunately, after depositing the money, I was unable to proceed with the bet. I then resorted to placing a $[redacted] bet online, assuming it utilized the initial deposit. As a result, I am now down $[redacted]. I urgently require a refund as I am financially strained and have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. Despite sending various emails, I have not received any response.

I've been unable to access my account for over a week now. I've followed all the necessary steps, waiting patiently for a response via email. I am unable to withdraw my funds and can't log in despite not violating any rules. The lack of assistance from the customer service team is extremely frustrating, and it seems like they have gone silent on me. I have always complied with the regulations and don't engage in heavy betting, yet I find myself locked out without any explanation. This situation is unacceptable.

I recently made my first deposit on DraftKings, expecting the [redacted]% match as advertised. However, the bonus has not been credited to my account. I have tried reaching out to customer support multiple times but have not received any response. It's disappointing that a company of this size would resort to attracting customers with false promises. The terms stated that the bonus would be credited after playing through the initial deposit, but this has not been the case. I am frustrated by this experience and have decided not to deposit any more money into my DraftKings account in the future.

DraftKings wrongly flagged my account as fraudulent and shut it down before I could withdraw my earnings. Despite this, they sent me a tax receipt for the winnings I couldn't access. I urgently need this resolved to avoid being taxed on funds I didn't receive. Kindly assist promptly. Thank you for your support.

I opened an account with DraftKings back in January using my credit card. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the $15 charge per transaction. When I requested my credit card company to waive the fees, they advised me to file a dispute, which I did. Understandably, I lost the dispute as DraftKings had not made any errors. Subsequently, my account got locked, and I have been attempting to close it. As per a detailed email I received recently, I am owed $[redacted]. Although the email mentions a refund due to the dispute, I have not received it yet. My husband is pressuring me to recover the amount owed. I have provided the email confirming the dispute outcome to DraftKings. I am not seeking anything that is not rightfully mine, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I recently opened an account with DRAFTKINGS Sportsbook and made a deposit. However, after receiving an email to reset my password, I've been having trouble logging in, despite resetting it. It's frustrating as this has been going on for three days now. I feel like customer support is lacking, and the experience has been very disappointing. I hope the company realizes the impact their actions have on customers. I regret not researching more before signing up. The issues with the login process and lack of customer assistance have left me extremely frustrated.

I am experiencing difficulty fixing my DraftKings account. As a new sports bettor, I am eager to wager on upcoming NFL games. Due to frequent work travel to southern Arizona and the Denver area for my job in transportation, I am currently in Arizona for the next few weeks and would like to place bets on NFL games. However, I am facing location errors showing South Dakota, where my house is, preventing me from depositing money due to a "geographical error" indicating I am outside of New Jersey, a place I have never been. I am frustrated with the issues from DraftKings as I want to support them by betting during my time in Arizona. It seems my attempt to create a new account with my Arizona location may have worsened the problem. I seek assistance to rectify my account's location to allow me to deposit money and bet legally in Arizona as intended. I am frustrated with my experience on DraftKings. Each time I try to submit my lineup, I encounter an "invalid lineup" error. This has occurred multiple times, resulting in me losing $15 in one instance. I am still waiting for reimbursement for this issue. The same problem happened last Thursday night as well. I want to know why this issue keeps happening and how to prevent it. I am now down $30 due to being unable to play in two games I was looking forward to. During one instance, I saw a live game with zero players in my lineup, which was disappointing. It would be beneficial if DraftKings could implement a feature to automatically refund players in such situations.

I am having trouble logging into my account because it appears there are two accounts using my information. I did not intentionally create a second account, and I believe the inactive one might have been set up years ago for daily fantasy. I live in Illinois and created a new account for the Sportsbook when it launched there. The active account should be under [redacted] I have active bets on the Braves winning the World Series and Shohei Ohtani as AL MVP, among other recent losing bets. I would appreciate it if you could restore access to my active account and deactivate the other one. Thank you.

I recently heard about DraftKings online casino from a friend. Despite being hesitant to try online casinos due to concerns about scams, she assured me that DraftKings is trustworthy and offers a bonus for new players. Excited to give it a try, I encountered an issue during sign up. The system informed me of an existing account under my name, which I had not created. I am reaching out to address this situation by determining who opened the unauthorized account, for how long it has been active, and to request its closure to prevent further unauthorized use. Additionally, I would like to proceed with opening my own account to experience the online casino and inquire if I am still eligible for the sign-up bonus, as the unauthorized account was not authorized by me.

I am experiencing an issue with my DraftKings app. When I try to access it, it redirects me to the sign-up page. I have been a loyal customer for nearly two years, and typically, the app takes me directly to my homepage. However, since yesterday, I have been unable to log in due to forgetting my password, which has caused some complications with my Google account. I am missing credits for my promotions. I should have received $25 for completing the casino play bonus, another $25 for the Exclusive promotion to wager $[redacted] in the casino, and $5 from the November Leaderboards. Additionally, I am missing DK $1 bonuses from November 28, 29, and 30. I have reached out multiple times for assistance, providing screenshots of the notifications where I was awarded credits and my transaction history that clearly shows a gap in November. I have not received a response from anyone despite my efforts to explain the missing credits. It's frustrating because the amount of DK dollars I am missing is significant, and I need help resolving this issue as soon as possible.
