An order was put through on line , Domino's charged my credit card account and straight away the order was declined because of the address, the money was still taken. We received a phone call to say that it couldn't be delivered and that the account would be credited in * to * business days. I rang back and asked if a text could be sent stating that I ll be refunded, the manager said that he wouldn't do that as it was not store policy. I said how do I prove that Im supposed to be refunded if my account is credited and he said there is a record of transaction at his end. I said but that doesn't help me , so he said take a screenshot but I was unable to do that at that time as I was still at work. I spoke in a calm and civil matter but he was incredibly rude, spoke really fast and would properly give me his name. I rang back * day s later to let him know I had not received a refund yet and he rudely said it should be in my account the following day. I told him I was unable to screen shot the transaction, after that he then said that he would not be issuing a refund and he couldn't help . I told him you can't take money from someone for something they didn't receive and he hung up one me. I have reported this to my bank and have other proof about this order. I am beyond disgusted with the way I was treated
