I recently contacted Domino's about my spoiled pizza, and their response was very disappointing. Not only were they rude when they called me, but they also failed to provide any updates on the situation. I ordered a double cheese margherita cheese burst, but the pizza I received had a ruined upper layer. I even sent them a picture of the pizza, but they accused me of causing the damage. This experience has been frustrating as I had to throw away the pizza, which also ruined my bed sheet. I am hoping for a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue.

We placed an order for pizza and garlic knots online. Unfortunately, the online tracker and text message updates were not functioning properly. Despite waiting for an hour and a half, we were unable to contact the Domino's store. Eventually, our food arrived close to 3 AM. We believe this situation could be resolved in several ways. It would be greatly appreciated if we could receive a refund or coupons for discounts on a future order.

Hello, my name is Jhosseline Pamela Pineda Leiva. I recently worked at a local Domino's branch here in Guatemala for just one month. Unfortunately, on October 2nd, [redacted], I was terminated without any explanation. My manager was unkind and did not provide a reason, she simply mentioned it was due to not smiling enough, which was not communicated to me as a requirement. I am troubled by the fact that I was asked to work beyond the hours specified in my contract, up to 48 hours a week, and received no compensation for my first week of work. On one occasion, I even worked over 16 hours in a single day. Additionally, my observations include colleagues not washing their hands, eating leftover food from customers, body shaming comments about being too thin, appearance restrictions, and being required to pay for mistakes made in food orders that were then discarded. I am seeking support to address these concerning issues and ensure others do not face similar mistreatment.

I purchased $30 worth of food from Domino's. After an hour, I received the wrong pizza. Another hour later, I got the correct pizza with garlic bread twists instead of the cinnamon ones I ordered. The manager promised to assist me on my next order but when I called a week later, he only offered a free Coke. I am frustrated with this experience and do not plan to order from Domino's again unless they resolve this matter.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza, wings, cinnamon bread, and a drink. Initially, I received the wrong pizza and garlic bread. Two hours later, the correct pizza arrived, but I still didn't get the cinnamon bread. After three hours and $30 spent, I'm frustrated with this experience. Instead of asking me how to handle it, as a customer, I believe it's the responsibility of the business to address these kinds of mistakes promptly. Unfortunately, I don't have the store's address handy, as I don't usually check it when ordering delivery. I also don't have an order number since it's been two weeks without any resolution from the manager. Every time I order from Domino's, it seems to be plagued with issues. This experience is just unacceptable.

I recently placed an order for three pizzas and unfortunately, only one was prepared correctly. I requested a medium salami pizza, a medium cheese pizza, and a medium half salami and half pepperoni pizza, but I received a medium pepperoni, a medium cheese, and a medium half cheese and half pepperoni pizza. None of the pizzas included the salami that I had specifically ordered. When I contacted the store to speak with a manager, they informed me that they could correct the order, but I would need to pick it up myself instead of having it redelivered. The manager mentioned that they were unable to read deliver the original order due to time constraints. This occurred at the Domino's in Dedham, Massachusetts.

I placed an online order and paid for Domino's through their website. I contacted them twice after the app indicated my order was delivered, but no one showed up. The first call ended abruptly without any communication, and the second call mentioned delivering to my car even though my online pizza profile clearly has my home address for delivery. On the third call, they informed me the driver was busy. After waiting for two hours, I called again only to experience another hang-up. Subsequent calls led to a 10-minute hold before speaking to someone who falsely claimed the driver tried calling me, despite no missed calls on my phone. They also falsely stated that the order was canceled and payment hadn't been made, although I paid online using my card.

This is a complaint regarding your store in Hughesville, PA. I placed an order for pizza at 6 PM, but it was not delivered as promised. After calling at 8:30 PM, they mentioned they were on their way but failed to send the order out. Despite another call, the issue was not resolved. This is not the first time I've encountered problems with your store. I will be seeking another pizza company and will inform others to do the same. Unfortunately, we never received our delivery. Today, we placed an order for 3 sandwiches for delivery at 1:15. At 2:50, we called to cancel the order. While on hold for 5 minutes, the delivery driver arrived. We rejected the food and requested the cancellation when the manager answered. We expressed our dissatisfaction with the long wait but received no discount or offer for future orders. Unfortunately, this experience has led us to decide not to order from this establishment in the future. We suggest reviewing the feedback on the Facebook page for the East Harry and Rock Road location in Wichita, Kansas, and providing additional training on customer service to the staff.

I had a disappointing encounter with a Domino's employee while addressing an issue with my order at the location on [redacted] S Shirley Ave, Sioux Falls, SD [redacted] on October 5, [redacted], at 10:25. The shift manager referred to me disrespectfully during a phone call, using inappropriate language. I believe the communication may have been recorded, and I hope the general manager can review it. This behavior does not align with what I expect from Domino's. Additionally, my food was delivered cold, compounding my negative experience. The delivery person overheard the incident and apologized on delivery, which I appreciate. I intend to share this incident with the general manager to ensure they are aware of what occurred in their absence. I value Domino's but hope for better experiences in the future for myself and other customers.

I placed an order with Domino's Pizza on Saturday, 10-5-19 at 6:45 P.M. for a delivery, paying with a card. Initially told it would take 30 minutes, it ended up being over an hour. After calling back and speaking to the manager, it was revealed they didn't have any record of my order in their system. Despite providing all the necessary details, including the order time and cost of $23.97, the manager stated they couldn't address the issue as the order was not in their system. I had an issue with my order. The pizza was delivered after 30 minutes, and I was supposed to have no charges, but I was still charged. Additionally, out of the 4 items I ordered, the delivery only contained 3 items (the Butter Scotch Mousse Cake was missing). When I called to report this missing item, the delivery person said they would bring it later. This service from Domino's was highly unsatisfactory considering the amount I paid. I experienced a delay in my order from Domino's, arriving 2 hours late despite being told it would be delivered within 30 minutes. I requested compensation from the delivery person to inform their manager. After filling out a feedback form as requested, I was assured a callback which never came. When I contacted Domino's for a refund, the lady I spoke to transferred me to a gentleman who abruptly ended the call multiple times, insulted me, and hung up. I am extremely disappointed in the treatment I received and will consider taking further action if an apology is not issued by the employee and Domino's.

I ordered a pizza and pasta from Dominos through Swiggy last Saturday. The order was placed at 10:06 PM with a delivery time of 10:36 PM according to Swiggy. To my disappointment, the Dominos delivery arrived at 11:15 PM after multiple calls to Dominos customer service to check the order status. I received the pizza 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering, and it was cold and stale by the time it got to me. The pasta was missing most of its white cream, likely due to the long delivery time. Despite being promised a call from Dominos customer service, I only received a missed call around 10 PM and have yet to have my concern resolved. I no longer have faith in Dominos delivery and have decided not to order from them again. I have requested a refund for this unsatisfactory experience. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly and refunding my money as soon as possible.

I believe my Domino's account was tampered with as I can no longer sign in and my profile has been deleted. Additionally, I had 50 points that are now missing too. I am looking forward to your assistance. I work from 5 am to 5 pm in Quincy and reside in Hannibal, MO. My availability for phone contact is during my breaks at 9:03-9:10, 11:03-11:58, and 2:03-2:08. On September 28, [redacted], I made a significant online order for delivery. Even after trying multiple times, the website couldn't confirm my order. At 10:19 PM, I called the store and was informed that my order hadn't gone through due to site issues. I had to read out the whole order to the employee. After reciting it, he discovered that my online order finally appeared. He confirmed the order details, payment information, and mentioned it would take about 2 hours for delivery. The kitchen staff had started preparing it, and the driver was about to leave. Unfortunately, by 1:12 AM on September 29, we found out that the store was closed, the drivers were gone, and our order was forgotten. They assured us a refund due to the inconvenience caused by the over $[redacted] charge. Despite waiting a week for a response or apology, there has been no acknowledgment from Domino's. The lack of communication and service received has left us disappointed and doubting future orders due to this unreliable experience.

I placed an online order for a medium thin crust pizza with BBQ sauce, pineapple, and green peppers. Unfortunately, when my husband brought it home, it had onions on it. Since I have a severe allergy to onions and we never include them in our orders, I couldn't eat it. I tried calling the store at [redacted] multiple times, but was put on hold and eventually hung up on. I've been waiting for another 6 minutes now, and still haven't been able to speak to anyone. I have the email confirmation showing that no onions were supposed to be on the pizza.

I scheduled the pizza to be delivered at 19:35 around 18:00. The tracker app began, but my order was never delivered. Then the app restarted. After calling the store, I was informed that my order was only started when I called around 19:45. They mentioned the delivery driver had already left with many other orders, and the tracker app wasn't working correctly. It is now 20:00, and there is still no sign of my delivery, even though I have already been charged for the pizza. I am really disappointed with the experience and would rather not order pizza from Dominos. It has just completely ruined my evening.

Hello, I am a regular customer of [redacted] Fishtrap Rd in Prosper, Texas. I often receive free pizza from Dominos, but their online system does not work for my neighbors and me. When I called to redeem my free pizza, an employee named CJ refused to help me and suggested I contact online support. When I asked for a manager, CJ claimed to be the manager, which surprised me. He put me on hold, and another employee named Conor encouraged me to order online, despite the website issues in our neighborhood. I decided not to order and ended the call feeling disappointed with the customer service I received. I believe these employees should not be in managerial roles if they cannot handle customer concerns effectively. I hope someone can address this issue. Thank you.
