After ordering a Hawaiian pizza, I handed a slice to my daughter and took one for myself. When I went for the third slice, I noticed something long and slimy on the bottom. Initially, I thought it was just melted cheese, but upon closer inspection, I smelled a minty scent and discovered it was chewed gum stuck to the pizza. I contacted the pizzeria, and they sent a replacement, but we were too suspicious to eat it and disposed of it. We are concerned about potential health risks after unknowingly consuming a slice with gum on it and are disappointed and disgusted by the incident. We no longer trust the pizzeria and are requesting a refund while expressing our desire to know who may have been responsible for this unacceptable situation.

I called to order two pizzas from the Highway [redacted] location near Winter Garden Kissimmee by Vista Del Lago. When I ordered, they were unaware of the special, so I ended up with the $7.99 offer instead of the $5.99 deal for a two-topping pizza. Despite requesting three toppings, the pizzas arrived without any sauce. The staff mistakenly noted my name as Rob instead of Bob. The poor quality of the pizzas was disappointing as we were in the area for work. I still have most of the uneaten pizza and can provide a picture if needed. My order was placed around 12:45 PM with a pick-up time of approximately 10 minutes later. One of my colleagues picked up the order between 1:07 to 1:10 PM. This experience was a stark contrast to my usual positive encounters at the Domino's on Stony Brook Parkway in Wintergarden, Florida.

I ordered a handmade pan pizza from my local Domino's about an hour ago after not eating since breakfast. I was looking forward to enjoying my pizza, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Now, I'm experiencing some digestive issues and suspect it might be related to the cheese, which seemed off in both taste and texture. When I contacted the store about my experience, the employee simply apologized and abruptly ended the call. I'm quite disappointed with how this situation has been handled.

We ordered two medium pizzas, but they did not arrive when expected. After waiting for an hour and a half, we contacted Domino's and were informed that our pizzas were mistakenly delivered to someone else. The manager assured us of a refund of $19.76 and that they were preparing new pizzas for us. Despite being told that the money was refunded to my account, I later learned that the bank was allegedly holding it, which I found puzzling since no pending transactions were visible.

I need to report an incident that occurred with a delivery driver in Vidalia, GA on October 5th, [redacted]. The driver almost caused harm to my sister-in-law while on the road. I contacted the store immediately and shared the details, but I am concerned that the driver is still working there. It's alarming to think that a franchise would retain an employee capable of endangering others. I am exploring the possibility that this may require legal action. Keeping someone who poses a threat employed is both worrisome and unacceptable.

Good afternoon,
I wanted to share my experience with the Domino's located at [redacted] Jerome Ave in Bronx, NY [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have encountered several issues with this location. Despite being a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of money at this establishment, I have found the service to be unprofessional and biased towards certain customers. On a recent visit to pick up pizza for my children, I faced difficulties when they requested my identification and the last 4 digits of my debit card, even though I had already paid online. Despite complying with their requests, my son was still not given the pizza, and the staff seemed to find the situation amusing. This behavior, along with delivery scams, has led me to prefer pick-up orders despite previous delivery issues. It is frustrating that despite numerous complaints, no action has been taken to address these issues.

I ordered a pizza and the tracker stated a 19-27 minute delivery time. As the hour mark approached, I called customer service, but the person who answered was quite rude, blaming the delay on being busy and stating the tracker is out of their control. Even though the tracker said the pizza was delivered, it never arrived at my door. After waiting, my neighbor showed up with my cold pizza, delivered mistakenly by the driver. I paid with my credit card and now I am concerned that my neighbor was able to sign for the order. When I called to complain, the same unsympathetic person answered and although the manager offered to send a new pizza, I had other commitments. The online compensation of 60 points offered feels inadequate considering the mix-up. I prefer not to order from this location again due to the incident and the security concern with allowing someone else to sign for my order.

I had a frustrating experience trying to contact the Domino's store in Warr Acres, OKC on Penn Avenue. During multiple calls, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the employees. Despite requesting to speak to a manager to report the incidents, I was met with uncooperative and dismissive responses. The lack of willingness to provide names of the employees involved and corporate contact information was concerning. The conversation with the manager was unhelpful and ended abruptly with a negative attitude. I also reached out to the Penn Avenue location the next day, where I faced similar issues. The overall customer service experience was disrespectful, and I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I had a frustrating experience trying to contact the Domino's store in Warr Acres, OKC on Penn Ave. I made several calls and encountered unprofessional behavior. The first person put me on hold and then hung up. When I called back, someone left the phone unattended. After requesting to speak to the manager, I was laughed at and put on hold for a long time. Eventually, I was denied the employees' names and a corporate contact number. A similar issue happened at another Domino's location the next day. The employee there was unhelpful, and the manager was rude when I asked for further assistance. I felt the customer service was unacceptable. I am hoping for a prompt response to address these issues.

I had a frustrating experience with the Domino's store on N MacArthur Blvd and Penn Ave. When I called, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the employees. Despite multiple attempts to speak to a manager and get information for reporting purposes, I was met with resistance and rudeness. At one point, I even heard employees discussing me while on hold. When I requested contact information for corporate, I was denied and faced a dismissive attitude. The lack of accountability and refusal to provide assistance left me feeling dissatisfied. I urge someone from the company to address these issues promptly. Thank you.

I ordered a pizza at 4 pm on October 9, [redacted], through Zomato with order number 58. I paid with my credit card, but my order got canceled due to an issue with my phone number. I haven't received any cancellation message or information about the refund of Rs. [redacted]. The lady executive from Domino's that I spoke to was extremely rude. I am disappointed with this behavior from Domino's.

I placed an online order and prepaid for a smoother drive-through experience. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had no record of my order. After verifying that I had indeed placed it with the correct store, I discovered they canceled it due to an ingredient shortage. The lack of communication regarding this issue when I arrived at the drive-through was frustrating. The staff did not offer any alternatives or apologize for the inconvenience. Their indifferent and rude behavior was disappointing, lacking basic courtesy. I believe that customer service should be a priority, and their unprofessionalism was concerning. This incident occurred at the Domino's on Lee Street in Minden, LA.

Hello. I want to bring to your attention an issue I encountered in your store. The hiring sign has been up for a few weeks, and after submitting my application, I've been attempting to speak with a manager without success until today. When I finally reached the hiring manager at 5 pm as instructed, the conversation was disappointing. Unfortunately, she was very rude and did not handle the situation professionally. I believe this behavior is unacceptable and hope that it can be addressed promptly. Thank you.

We did not receive our Coke delivery. After contacting the store, we were put on hold. We were given the option of having the driver return with the order or receiving a credit. I requested the driver to bring it if he still had it. The lady assured he had it and would return shortly. Unfortunately, after an hour, we called back, and the manager, Thomas, was unhelpful. He claimed the delivery had been made to a man at our address, even though only I, a pregnant woman, had received a different order earlier. Thomas was very rude and displayed a lack of concern. This experience was frustrating and left us disappointed with the service provided.

I placed an order at 8:12 PM yesterday, and the tracker remained at "firing up" until 9:13 PM. Despite my repeated calls and being placed on hold, the tracker suddenly moved to "quality check." I waited in anticipation, only to find more delays leading to frustration, especially with my kids eagerly waiting for the food. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach someone, I finally got through. The employee mentioned they were overwhelmed with orders but couldn't explain the delay adequately. When questioned further, she abruptly hung up after asking for my address several times. Upon calling again, another unapologetic staff member acknowledged that my order was somehow deleted due to a high volume of calls. This lack of communication and disrespectful treatment of customers was shocking. The employee's nonchalant response and offer to refund without any attempt to make amends or apologize for the inconvenience made the whole experience even worse. The dishonesty from the employees and the tracker only added to the frustration.

I tried contacting the Oregon Avenue store in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and left comments on the app about my recent order. The app directed me to call the store, but after trying three times, I was left on hold without anyone picking up. I am puzzled by the [redacted]% customer satisfaction guarantee on the boxes and the money spent on commercials promoting it when there is no response to my complaints. I attempted to address that the food was cold and lacked toppings on the pizzas, providing evidence with photos of a thermometer in the pizza and the sparse toppings. We waited to eat, hoping for a response while I remained on hold, but to no avail.

On October 12, [redacted], I placed a carry-out order over the phone at approximately 6 PM at the store located on Hewitt Dr. in Hewitt, TX, with contact number [redacted]. Upon arriving at 6:30 PM, I found a crowded waiting area where customers were frustrated due to delays. I was informed it would take an additional 25 minutes. After waiting in my car for 30 minutes and returning, I was told my pizza hadn't been prepared. Despite requesting a refund, I was disappointed to learn it would take 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited back to my debit card. The lack of an apology from the staff, even after mentioning contacting corporate, left me dissatisfied with the customer service. I'm monitoring my account closely for the refund transaction.

Last Friday, on 10/11/19, I placed a pizza order over the phone and picked it up at [redacted] Main Street in Watertown, CT. Upon arriving home, 25 minutes away, I found out my order was completely wrong. I returned to the store with my friend, who is 7 months pregnant, to explain the situation. However, instead of receiving assistance, the general manager shouted at me for supposedly placing the order incorrectly. This behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite potentially making a mistake, I did not deserve to be treated in such a manner. During our wait, the general manager continued to yell at employees and create a threatening environment, which was distressing given my friend's condition. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, as I used to frequent this location due to its proximity to my workplace. I will no longer be supporting this establishment due to the unprofessional conduct displayed by its staff, especially the general manager. It is important for me to share this experience with others to prevent similar treatment towards customers in the future.

I recently tried to place an order at your store in New Orleans. The person who answered the call provided a different price for the same pizza I ordered last week. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't cut the way I requested, and the individual had a very unpleasant attitude. Due to this experience, I won't be ordering delivery from that store. I encountered an error in my first order, and despite consuming it, I found the customer service lacking during my attempt to place a second order. I appreciate the improvements Domino's has made, but there's still room for progress, especially in customer service. As someone in the customer service industry, I understand the importance of satisfying customers, even when the mistake is on my end. Thank you, Domino's.

I was delighted with my recent pizza order! Today, I bought two pizzas which were cooked perfectly. My previous experience with the same store was awful. The last time I ordered, I had a Pineapple and Pepperoni pizza with hand-tossed crust and a thin crust extravaganza that was undercooked. It was the worst pizza I ever had. After expressing my concerns, the store said they would replace it. However, when I returned, the pizza was burnt. The staff member I spoke with was not helpful, so I ended the call. On a positive note, Casey, Frances, Joel, and Jasmine provided excellent service during my recent visit, and the store was efficient. I will definitely return to this store. Thank you.
