I thank you in advance for taking the time to read my issue. My name is Emanuel Mijangos. I begin by saying that I have been a loyal customer to Dominoes for most of my entire life. For many years, I have been loyal because I enjoyed your pizza and your way of doing business. Last night, all of this was smashed to pieces. The date is Friday November *th, ****. I was deciding on where I would eat on this cold rainy evening, and I decided to go with Dominoes. The closest location to me was the one on Berwyn Heights, Md near the Greenbelt area, so I called them. Now, up until this point, I started noticing that my pizzas were becoming very skimp on toppings. I decided I would vocalize this to the store employees, but when I called, not only was I put on hold for ** min, I was then hung up on and never called back. When I finally did call back, and express to them my concern about toppings, I was told it would be addressed. At this point I submitted my order and anxiously awaited the delicious morsels of both pizza and wings that awaited me. Fast forward not, it’s now over an hour later, and I’m still awaiting my delivery. I pride myself in being patient and not those to complain, so I patiently waited and waited. Finally after over an hour and ** minutes, my order arrived. To my shock and dismay, my box was smashed up, my pizza stuck to the top, and it was cold. My wings were also cold. Now, if this wasn’t bad enough when I called to speak to the manager, I was told that the manager was not available. The person who I guess was in “charge” tried her best to make me feel better, but I still needed to speak to the manager. I was told to call this morning, however, I had to throw the pizza away, and never received a replacement. Part of that was because I was told they didn’t have enough drivers and it would take just as long or even longer. Therefore, I called back this morning right when the store opened. I was once again told the “manager” wasn’t there and had to speak to just another employee. How is it that the manager wasn’t there last night or this morning? It’s been said that attitude reflects leadership, and maybe this is why this location is handing out experiences just like mines. Please be aware this is the first time I have EVER contacted anyone regarding one of my orders so please don’t take this lightly. If this is the way Dominoes is going to treat its loyal customers, then I will no longer order from you. Please have someone contact me from your corporate office, so I can share in detail my experience. My hope is we can keep this from happening to anyone else who’s been a loyal customer like me. My number is************. Once I speak to someone at your corporate office, I want you guys to reach out to this franchise and remind them that without happy customers, they won’t have a franchise to run and operate. This is unacceptable. Again, I thank you for taking the time to read this, and I look forward to hearing from someone very shortly.
