Hi everyone, I want to share a recent experience I had at my local Dollar Tree. I live very close to the store, so I popped in quickly. Unfortunately, the cashier placed a bottle of bleach cleaner in my bag without securing the cap properly. This resulted in the bleach spilling all over my new black car's floorboard. As you can imagine, I am extremely upset about the situation. I am hoping Dollar Tree will take responsibility for this mishap and assist me with fixing the bleach stains on my black carpet. I visited the Dollar Tree on Jolly and Waverly Road around 1:50 PM today. Although I have a receipt, it also got damaged by the bleach. Thank you for listening.

I'm attempting to reach a manager at the store in Fayetteville, GA at the Pavilion [redacted]. I just visited the store, but no one is answering the phone. The cashier made a mistake and shortchanged me by approximately $62. I handed Wallace a $[redacted] bill, but he returned only the amount of my purchase instead of the correct change. Unfortunately, I cannot go back at the moment due to transportation issues, especially with the rain. I urgently need to contact the store manager to resolve this issue. They can verify this matter with the cashier's till. Please reach out to the store ASAP. Thank you.

On December 17, [redacted], I experienced a troubling incident at Dollar Tree located at [redacted] S. 3rd Ave, Memphis, TN [redacted]. Two employees and a manager followed my fiancé and me out of the store, leading to an argument. One of the workers, Markyla W., even grabbed my arm. Despite knowing these individuals from the past, I had no idea they worked at this Dollar Tree and only intended to shop peacefully. The conflict began when I chose not to respond when one of the employees spoke to me. After being told I couldn't return to the store without a clear reason, I attempted to contact the manager on December 18, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the same manager from the incident, Jasmine, answered and used inappropriate language towards me, even making hurtful accusations. When I called again the next day, the store manager named Meranada seemed unhelpful and dismissive. Her behavior was disrespectful and she has not followed up with me. I would appreciate prompt assistance in addressing this distressing situation.

I experienced a challenging situation at the San Rafael Dollartree while attempting to make a purchase and process a return. I returned six items with a receipt to the store manager, recalling a previous call about expired donuts. Despite my explanation, there was confusion at the register regarding payment, leading to additional charges and stress. The manager insisted on cash payment or returning items due to a store policy on combining returns with purchases. This unexpected situation caused anxiety and frustration, eventually escalating to involve a translator and discussions with the manager's supervisor. The inability to void the transaction and the threat of involving the police added to the distress of the situation. The encounter left me feeling overwhelmed and flustered, ultimately needing to step away from writing due to increased anxiety.

I recently visited store #[redacted] in Murfreesboro, TN, and came across clear plastic Christmas ornaments on sale for 50 cents each. I carefully placed 15 sets in my cart along with other items. At the register, I was informed by the manager, John, that the price had been changed to $1.25 each due to a recent corporate directive. Despite showing him a photo of the price tag, he insisted on the new price. This abrupt change left me feeling frustrated as I had already selected the items based on the displayed price. The cashier, Wanda, was understanding, but John's lack of empathy was disappointing. I have proof of the original price with pictures of the item, SKU number, and the clearance sign.

I have been searching for spice drops at Dollar Tree stores in Tulsa for months to bring joy to my wife who is battling cancer. It has been disappointing not to find them in stock. I understand my concern may seem insignificant to such a large corporation, but it would mean a lot to us if you could provide some answers or guidance on where else to locate the candy. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you. Warm regards, Doug L.

The employees at Dollar Tree located on Normandy Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida, near the CRM thrift store, exhibit behavior that is deemed rude, possibly racial, and unsuitable for their cashier or customer service roles. During my recent visit, I observed a young black cashier insisting that a Hispanic worker to restock items despite customers browsing the shelves. As a patron, my name is Victoria R. from Rodriguez Esquire & Alliances LLC. While my legal profession is unrelated to this situation, the repeated behavior of this employee poses a risk to both your corporation and other customers. Conversely, the Lenox Ave Dollar Tree staff in Jacksonville, particularly the team near Walgreens, excels in customer service despite limited stock. In comparison, the Normandy Blvd location is lacking in professionalism. I had informed Mary, the manager at Lenox Ave, who expressed regret over the incident. It is crucial that action be taken regarding the cashier at the Normandy Blvd store to prevent future occurrences. This marks the fifth unsettling encounter with this particular staff member who neglects to wear a name badge and declines to provide identification. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

During my recent visit to Dollar Tree, I encountered a situation where an employee, who I later found out was named Debbie, displayed rude and unprofessional behavior towards me and other customers. The store aisles were blocked with restock boxes, making it difficult to navigate. When an older lady and I were looking for a notepad, Debbie's response was impatient and disrespectful. Despite helping her retrieve the item, her attitude remained unpleasant. As I attempted to check out, Debbie refused to assist, claiming I hadn't used the word "please" when asking for help. This escalated into a confrontation where she falsely accused me of threatening her. Even after another customer vouched for my courteous behavior, Debbie continued to be confrontational, even targeting my wife. Feeling mistreated, I stepped outside to avoid further conflict. When Debbie continued her behavior towards my wife and another customer, I returned to take a photo of her. This resulted in the store calling the police on me, but no wrongdoing was found. Despite being a veteran, I was shocked by the lack of respect shown. I am disappointed by the experience and intend to take action to ensure others do not face similar treatment at this location in St. George, UT.

I visited your store to exchange some items, and the cashier informed me that I owed an additional 55 cents. I paid the amount. As I was leaving, another cashier accused me of stealing a candy bar, which I denied since they had handed it to me during the exchange. This led to a confrontation, and I contacted the police. I mentioned that the incident was recorded on the cameras. I am a regular at Dollar Tree but now hesitant to return. I sought advice from a lawyer who suggested resolving the matter directly with your team. Please contact me to discuss the situation further.

I observed a customer attempting to return a product without a bar code, but with a receipt to prove the purchase. I am aware that we can process returns without bar codes. In this instance, another associate was assisting the customer while I could have handled the return. Despite both the associate and I knowing it is feasible to process a return without a bar code, the assistant manager (a non-Black individual) informed the customer (a Black woman) otherwise. I perceive this as a case of racial bias that should be addressed. If necessary, the name of the employee involved is M. at the Dollar Tree located on [redacted] Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem, PA [redacted]. Thank you.

I work at the Dollar Tree store in Fitchburg, Massachusetts on Water Street. On Monday, I had a troubling encounter with my assistant manager. She physically touched me by poking me in the face and used inappropriate language, telling me to leave. Even though my shift was until 5:00, when I requested to be relieved from the register after 5:10, she made me wait until all customers were taken care of. Despite there being 15 customers in my line and only two other registers open with another cashier having three customers waiting, she insisted I stay. When I asked the other manager to assist, she disregarded my request and came over to my register, poking me again and using foul language. This behavior has happened before, and I am now considering taking action with human resources to address the situation as I feel my job is at risk.

I am reporting concerns regarding the store manager at the Ryan Street store in Lake Charles, Louisiana, identified as Spring G. There have been observations of inappropriate behavior between her and the freight manager, Gregory G. Allegations suggest possible fraud and felony charges due to their conduct. It is believed they have misrepresented working overnight until 1:00 am, which has raised suspicion. Gregory's restricted schedule due to his residence in a federal halfway house further complicates the matter. There are claims that they leave the store during these hours to spend time together, potentially violating federal regulations. Photographic evidence has been collected to support these claims, and actions are being considered. Assistance is sought to address this issue appropriately; guidance on whom to contact via email would be appreciated.

I would like to bring to attention the conduct of the store manager, Spring Guerrero, at the Ryan Street store in Charles, Louisiana, in relation to her interaction with the freight manager, Gregory Graffeo. I have observed what appears to be inappropriate behavior between them, possibly involving fraud and even felony charges. It seems they claim to be working overnight until 1:00 am, but I suspect they are misusing this time to spend together. Gregory, being in a federal halfway house, requires to report his activities, and I believe surveillance footage might reveal discrepancies in their claims of working late. There are also photos indicating their presence together when they should be on duty. We are in the process of gathering evidence but seeking advice on the next steps to take. If you could provide guidance on who to contact via email, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had a negative experience with one of your cashiers, Naomily. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional. I approached her line when her light was off and asked if she was open, but she completely ignored me. When I asked again, she gave me a dirty look and started slamming my items. She didn't provide a total for my purchase and when I paid with my credit card, she called me a derogatory term in Spanish twice. Despite my attempts to address her behavior, she continued to be disrespectful. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I request that action be taken regarding this matter. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my past orders on your website. When I try to search my history, I receive a message saying, “Searching your history is not available at this time.” I can provide a screenshot of the full message if needed. I am particularly concerned about an order I placed within the last 72 hours; I have noticed a pending charge in my bank account for an order from Dollar Tree, although it currently shows a total amount of $0.00 until the payment processes completely. I believe the order should have been successfully placed since I was charged. If the order did not go through, please reach out via email, and I will be happy to provide any necessary documentation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. - Gailyn

I visited the Dollar store located in the old Kmart building in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. I waited in line for 5 minutes behind three people. When the person in front of me was about to pay, another cashier closed the register. I asked if I needed to go to the long line with 20 or so people. Frustrated, I left my two items and walked out of the store. The store manager, whom I spoke to outside, apologized briefly. It seemed like he didn't care. With over 20 years of customer service experience, I find this treatment unacceptable. Customers should be valued as they are the lifeblood of any business.
