We have been a customer now for almost * years (my husband through me). He has been mostly satisfied with the service but we have tried several of the razors from the basic to executive and there is a problem with the handles breaking at the 'neck'. He is not putting extreme pressure on the blades for it to do this (I think that would get messy).**I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem and if there are plans in improving the design.**We would like to continue to be customers, but do not want to keep buying handles just for them to break a month later.**As for a solution, I am wondering if we could at least get a complimentary handle as we wait to see if the products improve. Like I said, we love the company and hope that this problem is addressed.**Thank you in advance!
