Dollar Shave Club doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-jennrobe will need to dig through the advice provided by Dollar Shave Club, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I tried a welcome box for $*. I received that. I set my packages to be every * months, and set it for the $* package deal. I was charged $**.?? for the package received in November. I tried going through the app to resolve my issue. I can't find anything about what I'm signed up for. There's nothing about refunds, and I did not open the box, just put return to sender. I tried to cancel my account and the app*website gives me pop ups instead. I've emailed and no answer. And while I was going through my account information it showed by billing info as blank, nothing entered. So, how was I charged if there is no info saved? Through all of the aggravation I no longer want to be a member. I just want to cancel my account and get my money back for the last charge.

GetHuman-jennrobe did not yet indicate what Dollar Shave Club should do to make this right.
