This is Harry Holloway III, delivery address *** Creekwood place, Port Townsend, WA *****. I have been member and do enjoy your razor blades, but a constant critic of the lousy quality of the handles. After last complaint I was sent a new handle, metal--not those lousy plastic things---and it to broke after what? Months? Had to use old Gillette razor of not less than ** years age. NEVER EVER replaced a broken handle made by Gillette or Shick. D.SC. Handles? One needs to buy a backup handle if going out of town, since you can't rely on the one! And if you don't have a handle that works and his reliable, what's the sense in owning the DSC blades? One would think that someone in management would get there head out of wherever it's at and do something.*I'd like a replacement and backup sent asap* not the terrible plastic handles but the metal one .
