I tried to explain to the cashier my concern & she didn't or wouldn't accept my explanation of the digitals not coming off. I showed her my phone with the digital coupon clipped to my card. She wouldn't refund me.*I felt fustrated, like I was a big bother, and embarrassed with other patrons behind me.*I want a $**.** gift card sent to me for all this embarrasement and run around. I discussed it with the cashier when the receipt printed. I showed her the digital coupons oncoupons on my phone. She said it was correct, that I should take the receipt home & go over it. I looked at it when I got to the car. I took it back in & tried to explain & show her again. These two encounters were so embarrassing for me. There were many patrons in the checkout line.
