When dg coupon app came out I added to cell phone had problems getting it to worke then but y'all helped me get it working been working fine till yesterday ********** I went to app page came up but coupons would not load tried several times so I figured it was a problem on your side so waited and tried again today ********** same problem so I signed out and tried to sign back in but would not let me I confirmed I was using right e-mail and password tried so more with no luck I even hit forgot password was sent link to reset I did that and still couldn't sign in so I went to web page I was still signed in there saw it said try new dg app but went to live chat first told them all this was told to go to iTunes or Google play and update I did that went back to app said let's get started then error message came up said server connection unsuccessful closed app restarted phone went back to app got same error message so I uninstalled and reinstalled page came up said let's get started then error message agin went back to web page live chat had to type all this again was told they couldn't help I need tech support do on web page I went to tech support filled in my name email every thing wit * Mark and typed all this in again had checked other box then it wanted a store number address there was no * marks there didn't have a problem like that then it wanted information about cell phone no * marks there either I did not know that information so hit submit would not work so I had to contact you through email please help I want my app back
