The issue in GetHuman-nawton's own words
I really do not know how to start a story off but I posted this on my facebook page and there is also a police report and a filing with the BBB.**According to the service people at the dealership the persons who stole and did damage to my car jumped the fence at KY* and they have this on video. They will not provide the video to me so I thought that contacting the media would help and warn people off about bringing their cars to this dealership since they take no responsibility for car that get damaged or that have things stolen off it in their locked up back lot. I just want people to know what they are up against if something happens to their car at Corwin!**Well it has been * months since my issue with Corwin Dodge in Springfield, MO. For all who do not know I bought my **** SRT Charger from them. I brought it in because at **** miles I notice that the paint on my **K car was starting to oxidize. I brought it in on a Tuesday morning and dropped it off with them to have them fix the issue. The following morning I get a call from Darrin, one of the service advisers there stating that over night someone had jumped the fence and stole all * tires, wheels, and lug nuts and then dropped my car on the ground. I got in my truck an drove as fast as I could up to the Corwin and saw my car just sitting there with the front rotors on the ground. To make a long story shorter I spoke with the Dealership manager Steve Snodgrass and he assured me everything would be taken care of. Well he was right on that part! Everything was taken care of by me and my insurance company. Now since the car has a major indecent on Car-fax it has lost about $**K to $**K in value according to other dealerships when they make an offer on it. I not only lost value in the car I also have to pay the deductible as well. These people there are crooks all together. Never believe what they say if you go there. They will BS the pants off you. They know that the car has lost value. I left it with them in their care and they should be responsible for it. They do not give a **** about their customers at all. I have spent over ***K at this dealership and then this is how they treat you? Typical. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and with Dodge corporate.
