The issue in GetHuman-rayostby's own words
My wife owns a **** Dodge Grand Caravan R*T. About * months ago the alternator went out on it. We took it to Northern Prairie Auto Sales in Wolf Point Montana to get repaired because we have a full lifetime warranty that we purchased when we bought the van when it was new. It took several weeks to get the van fixed which we thought was an excessive amount of time. When work was complete my wife Rena Azure got a review form to fill out and she gave the service manager a bad review. So yesterday the van would not start. I called in this morning and talked to Baron the Service manager to see if I could get it in their shop to get it fixed. He stated that he had received a letter from the Dodge Corporation telling him about the review my wife gave him and that if we were going to give him bad reviews why would we think they would want to work on our vehicle again. I thought the point of having a review was to improve the company and the customer service. I do not know what corporate policy is for people getting bad reviews. But I believe it very unprofessional for a business to act like this to their customers especially with the price it cost in parts and labor to get things fixed. If we can't get her vehicle into the shop here we have to go about *** miles away to get it to the next certified dodge dealer to get the repairs done. I want to know what the corporate policy would be to take care of the issue with Baron. I would also like to get any repairs done on my van as soon as possible without having to pay the $*** deductible they charge ever again. I work in a public relation business also and would never dream of treating a customer the way he treats people.
