The issue in GetHuman-camlefeg's own words
I have been asking Direct express to watch out for fraudulent charges. Because I gotten burned by the bank * times. Whoever it us took money out if my account again. *st time it was ok. The second time they said it was my fault and it was me so I lost *** and now this time it was *** and it's the same product. It's background checks. I don't care about background checks. Its not me. I told them I've moved to Sylmar Can. Nope they said they changed it but nope. I can't even get thru to talk customer service its been over * month and nothing. I'm just losing money over **** and they say its me. I get SSI monthly basis and I got to budget. This bank *****. They say within ** days. You can't get thru for those days. It's like they wait til your times over and then help you. They're just as bad as county and child support. Just plain awful
