You recently sent me a notice of disconnection of service and indicated on the notice that I have a Credit Balance of $***.**. However, on my several calls to DirecTV, I was told that it might take two or three months before I receive a check for this balance. I find this totally unacceptable. If you can send me a Billing Statement telling me I have a Balance, why can't you send me the amount you owe me in a shorter period of time? Two to three months is ridiculous in this computer --or even so-called 'snail mail'--age.
