Dear Sir*Madam,**I was a long time customer of DirecTV, ** plus years. I trialed the DirecTV Now and was not pleased. My wife and I opted to come back to DirecTV. **We had our re-install appt scheduled for today *-** as outlined in the email sent by DirecTV. **Needless to say the Technichian never showed. I did call in and explained this to the customer service rep who kept referencing how “Great” this is????? I finally told him this is NOT Great. I had to go to work and find another person to cover the no show technician to see if they would show up. **The customer service agent told me they were scheduled for **-*. I told him this is the *st I am hearing this and regardless can he let me know when the technician planned to show up for the appt. I offered to share the email that detailed the *-** appt time. **He told me the technician had been dispatched at **:**. Now it’s *pm, still no technician and now trying to reschedule. **As a long time customer, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this experience with DirecTV. **We will reschedule one time and if we encounter anything leas than an outstanding customer experience, we will cancel permanently and go with one of your compeitors. I would think ** yrs with your company as a customer would speak volumes in a rapid customer turnover environment. **Regards,**Paul Piontkowski
