So far nothing has been done. I never recieved any thing from you or Directv. Except the e-mail saying you offered a suggestion, which I never recieved said suggestion.

The issue in GetHuman-mdtonole's own words
On ******** I requested my two account numbers be merged into one. The equipment in account * ********* to be merged back into account * ******* (which they had been for several years before I split them). Then * ********* to be closed. This seemed to be easy to do, since we were just returning to the original setup. Some how someone at directv decided that I was leaving Directv and tried to convince me to stay. At that time I had no intention to leave, that account(*********) has been active since **********. However, here are in June and I am still being billed equipment from a closed account in which the equipment has bee merged into an active account. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to correct this problem I do not know what to do. *During a chat with Bryon L at *:** on *********, he said to ignore the charges, because the problem has been solved. However, here we are ** days later and we are still being charged for equipment from a closed account. What should we do now?
